| dc.description.abstract | La Entidad Promotora de Salud Canina prestará los servicios en forma permanente y oportuna a sus usuarios, con alta calidad, responsabilidad y cumplimiento en el desarrollo de los planes a ofrecer: plan básico, plan especial y plan excelencia. Su ubicación principal será en el Barrio Cañaveral (Municipio Floridablanca). Su estructura física será diseñada bajo las normas que rigen a las instituciones de salud. Su planta estará distribuida así: una sala de espera, una sala de procedimientos, un consultorio, y las oficinas de gerencia, administración y recepción. Anexo contará con convenios de servicios de salud con IPS caninas (clínicas veterinarias). En el desarrollo de la factibilidad para crear la empresa Canisalud EPSfl se presenta las generalidades que permiten entender el desarrollo de la Entidad Promotora de Salud en Bucaramanga y el área metropolitana en estratos 3, 4, 5 y 6; posteriormente se realiza un estudio de mercados para identificar las variables de la mercadotecnia y conocer el mercado de la atención canina en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga. En el estudio técnico se tienen en cuenta los factores determinantes del tamaño del proyecto de la EPS Canina (económico, mano de obra, geográfico, financiero y tecnológico), posteriormente se determina la capacidad del proyecto y se define la mejor ubicación física, es decir, donde se pueda tener mayor participación de mercados y mayor accesibilidad de recursos. En el estudio administrativo, se realiza la estructura organizativa, organigrama y manual de funciones de la Entidad Promotora de Salud Canina, y finalmente se hace un estudio financiero donde se presentan las inversiones y la evaluación del proyecto con el fin de detectar si el proyecto es viable o no. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Entity promotore of Canina health will offer opportune and permanent services with hight quality, responsibility and compliment in the development of plans such as: basic, special and excellent. The ubication will be in Cañaveral (Municipio Florida blanca, Santander). The physical structure is designed with institutions health‚rules, and it's distributed so: waiting' room, procedures 'room, surgery and managements'office, administration and reception. Attached services health'agreements whit IPS caninas ( Veterinaries'clinicals) In the development of creating Canisalud EPSfl there are generalities that allow us to understand the development of this veterinarian center in Bucaramanga and in the metropolitan area for middle and high class (estratos 3,4,5, y 6). Subsequently, a study will be carried out to identify the variables of marketing, and also to knowledge more about the care of pets (dogs,cats, and birds) in Bucaramanga city. In the study we will keep in mind the determinant factors of the EPS proyect's size (economic, labor, geographic, financially, and technologically). Subsuquently, the capacity of the proyect will be determined, and later on the best location will be decided. The location should be a more commercial place that has more resources. In the administrative study there will be an organize structure, organigram, and a manual of the functions of the Entity promotore of can health. Finally, there will be a financial study that will present the investments and evaluations of this proyect with the purpose of looking if it works out or not. | |
