dc.description.abstract	El propŠsito principal de este proyecto, es proponer un plan de innovaciŠn para el Fondo de Empleados de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, que le permita generar competitividad por medio del desarrollo de nuevos productos financieros de ahorro y cr”dito, enfocados en atender las necesidades de los asociados del Fondo. Para su desarrollo se contemplaron cinco Fases: la primera, comprende un an⁄lisis del contexto organizativo, el cual permitiŠ conocer la situaciŠn inicial de la organizaciŠn en torno al asociado, los productos de ahorro y cr”dito y el grado de innovaciŠn del Fondo; posteriormente, se realizŠ un an⁄lisis de tendencias en el sector financiero global, contemplando las organizaciones bancarias, cooperativas y fintech m⁄s representativas alrededor del mundo, para identificar nuevos productos financieros cuya implementaciŠn fuese viable para el Fondo; la tercera Fase, consistiŠ en la integraciŠn del an⁄lisis del contexto organizativo en Favuis y el an⁄lisis de tendencias en la oferta de productos financieros a nivel global, para identificar las oportunidades de innovaciŠn en el Fondo y orientar la selecciŠn de los nuevos productos; en la cuarta Fase, se definiŠ junto con el comit” de innovaciŠn de Favuis, el portafolio con los nuevos productos financieros estimados en el corto, mediano y largo plazo de implementaciŠn, y los manuales correspondientes; en la Fase final, se realizŠ una evaluaciŠn financiera que sustentŠ la viabilidad del producto escogido por la organizaciŠn.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main purpose of this project is to propose an innovation plan for the Employees Fund of the Industrial University of Santander, which allows it to generate competitiveness through the development of new financial savings and credit products, focused on meeting the needs of the Fund associates. For its development, five Phases were considered: the first, includes an analysis of the organizational context, which allowed to know the initial situation of the organization around the associate, the savings and credit products and the degree of innovation of the Fund; Subsequently, an analysis of trends in the global financial sector was carried out, considering the most representative banking, cooperative and fintech organizations around the world, to identify new financial products whose implementation would be feasible for the Fund; the third phase consisted of integrating the analysis of the organizational context in Favuis and the analysis of trends in the supply of financial products at a global level, to identify opportunities for innovation in the Fund and guide the selection of new products; In the fourth phase, the portfolio with the new financial products estimated in the short, medium and long term of implementation, and the corresponding manuals were defined together with the Favuis innovation committee; In the final phase, a financial evaluation was carried out that supported the viability of the product chosen by the organization.
