| dc.description.abstract | Actualmente existe la necesidad de un autoservicio de lavado y secado de prendas de vestir en el Barrio la Universidad de la ciudad de Bucaramanga, situación que fue identificada por las autoras del proyecto. A raíz de lo anterior la autoras proponen la creación de un autolavado y secado de prendas de vestir en el Barrio la Universidad de la ciudad de Bucaramanga el cual cubrirá inicialmente el 6.51% de la demanda insatisfecha, con incrementos años a año del 1%, prestando los servicios de: lavado y secado o lavado de prendas de vestir, con un mercado objetivo correspondiente a los estudiantes de la Universidad Industrial de Santander y personal de la Quinta Brigada. Desde el punto de vista financiero, la inversión requerida para el montaje y puesta en marcha de la sala del autoservicio es de $33'487.179 y con una proyección a cinco años arrojó una TIR del 21.20%, con una recuperación de la inversión en un periodo de tres años, un mes y quince días trabajando con una TMAR del 19.14% efectiva anual. Lo anterior demuestra que el proyecto es viable, factible y rentable, siendo conveniente realizar su creación; además contribuirá con la generación de empleo, desarrollo sostenible y calidad de vida tanto a los interesados en invertir en el desarrollo de esta propuesta como a los usuarios de estos servicios y comunidad del Barrio la Universidad de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | At the moment it exists the necessity of a laundry self-service and drying of garments of dressing in the Neighborhood the University of the Bucaramanga city, situation that was identified by the authors of the project. Soon after the above-mentioned the authors propose the creation of an self-service and drying of garments of dressing in the Neighborhood the University of the Bucaramanga city, which will cover 6.51% of the unsatisfied demand initially, with increments years to year of 1%, lending the services of: laundry and drying or laundry of garments of dressing, with an objective market corresponding to the students of the Industrial University of Santander and personal of the Fifth Brigade. From the financial point of view, the required investment for the assembly and setting in march of the room of the self-service i of $33'487.179 and with to projection to five years to TIR of 21.20% hurtled, with to recovery of the investment in to three year-old period, one month, and fifteen days working yearly with to TMAR of 19.14% effective. The above-mentioned demonstrates that the project is viable, feasible and profitable, being convenient to carry out its creation; it will also contribute so much with the employment generation, sustainable development and quality of life to the interested parties in investing in the development of this proposal like to the users of these services and community of the Neighborhood the University of the Bucaramanga city. | |
