dc.description.abstract	La Gobernación de Santander en busca del mejoramiento de la institución y el bienestar de todos los servidores públicos, ve la necesidad implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo según los lineamientos de la Norma NTC OHSAS 18001:2007, que proporcione herramientas para el control y prevención de los riesgos a los cuales estén expuestos, con la finalidad de generar procesos eficientes en la Gobernación de Santander. Este proyecto inicia con la realización de un diagnostico inicial para evaluar los condiciones de la organización en cuanto al cumplimiento de los requisitos definidos por la norma OHSAS 18001:2007. A partir de esta información se planificaron las actividades que se realizarían para el desarrollo del Sistema. En el desarrollo de estas actividades se hizo la socialización del diagnostico inicial a los servidores públicos de la administración departamental y de la implementación del SGSST. Posterior a ello se estableció la política de SST y se desarrollo toda la documentación, y las respectivas capacitaciones y consultas, necesaria para el desenvolvimiento del sistema y control del mismo. Una vez documentado e implementado el sistema, se realizaron dos auditorías las cuales evidenciaban aspectos importantes para corregir, para lo cual se elaboro y ejecuto los respectivos planes de mejora que contrarrestaban las no conformidades manifestadas en las auditorías. En la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de SST en la GOBERNACIÓN DE SANTANDER, además de identificar y mitigar los riesgos, fomentó la cultura de prevención y toma de conciencia de la importancia que tiene el bienestar integral del ser humano.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Regional Government Office of Santander in search of Improving the institution as well as the well being of all public servers sees the need to implement the Security Manage System and Health in Working site accoding to the regulations of Norm NTC OHSAS 18001:2007 wich provides the accurate tools to stablish the control and prevention of risk in wish they might be expouse, and with the unique purpose of generating efficient processes at the Regional Government Office of Santander. These Project Begins with an initial diagnosis to evaluate the current conditions of the organism. As for the fulfilment of all defined requirements by the Norm OHSAS 1800:2007. Starting from this information all activities were planned to better comply with the Normal Development of this System. During the Development of such activities a socilization from the initial diagnosis was made about the public servers of the Regional Administration and also the implementation out of the SGSST. After this the SST policy was stablished, and a whole array of documentation, as well as the corresponding training and consultancies needed for the well development and control of this System. Once the System was documented and implemented, two auditories were made up and both gave evidence of very important aspects that needed to be correct and for which the plans were executed and elaborated in order to improve, correct and counteract with all the accordaces manifested during the auditories. Implementing the System (SST) at the Regional Government Office of Santander besides the fact of identifying and mitigate risk, it also fomented the culture of prevention and the conscience assuming about the importance of the integral human well being.
