| dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto contribuye con el aprendizaje de quienes se interesan por el área administrativa, básicamente en el tema de planeación estratégica de sistemas de información, brindando una herramienta software que apoya los procesos que implican el desarrollo de la metodología del BSP/SA, facilitando su aprendizaje y ofreciendo como guía casos de estudio de personas que utilizaron la metodología para quienes aun desconocen el tema. El prototipo software desarrollado esta basado en la metodología del BSP/SA Bussines Planning System/Strategic Alignment, que basa las estrategias de los Sistemas de Información con la estrategia de la organización, ayudando en el proceso de administración y en el mejoramiento en el mercado de la misma. Esta metodología fue desarrollada por IBM debido a los problemas internos en el manejo de la información que poseía, redundancia de información y uso excesivo de los recursos consecuencia de su crecimiento en el mercado. Esta Herramienta esta orientada tanto a personas con escaso conocimiento en el tema como a expertos, ya que contiene conceptualización y ayudas que guían cada una de los etapas que hacen parte de la metodología: Definición de matriz DOFA, misión, elementos relacionales como procesos, entidades, estrategias y estructura organizacional que generan las matrices de relación para su correspondiente valoración, además la definición de las Oportunidades de Información y su correspondiente priorización, permitiendo una vez finalizado el proceso la generación de los correspondientes reportes. La Herramienta fue utilizada por estudiantes de Gerencia Informática como recurso en el desarrollo del tema, diseñando sus propios casos. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Project is based on learning to those whose are interested in the administrated area, which complies the theme of computing systems of strategic planning utilizing a software tool. This tool support processes that implies the development of the BSP/SA methodology and facilitated your learning and offered as a guide for cases studies to those whom have used the methodology but are unfamiliar with the subject. The software prototype development is based on the BSP/SA methodology, business Planning System/ Strategic Alignment, which has strategies such as Information Systems including strategies of the organization and helps as well the administration process and improvement of the market. This methodology was developed by IBM due to internal problems: redundancy of information and excessive use of resources caused by growth in the market. This tool can be handled either by persons who lack of knowledge in the subject or by experts because it contains the concept and steps which guides through the steps of the methodology: definition of DOFA matrix, mission, elements related to processes, entities, strategies, and organizational structure which generate the relationship of the matrixes to the corresponding value. In addition, the definition of the opportunities of the information and its corresponding prioritization allow finalizing the process of its corresponding reports. The tool was utilized by Management Information Systems student as a resource for developing this subject and writing their own cases. | |
