| dc.description.abstract | La práctica se desarrolló en la Unidad de Tecnología e Informática (UTI) de la Electrificadora de Santander S.A. E.S.P. (ESSA), dependencia que por sus características se constituye en un ambiente apropiado para que un aspirante a Ingeniero de Sistemas, aprenda, afiance y aporte a una institución que como contraprestación puede proveerle las herramientas necesarias para alcanzar la madurez profesional para desenvolverse con seguridad dentro del sector productivo. Como parte del desarrollo de la práctica se realizaron las siguientes actividades, siguiendo los lineamientos, normas y metodologías usados por la UTI: - Participación con voz y sin voto en los comités de sistemas. - Colaboración con el afinamiento y mantenimiento en la red de comunicación de datos de la ESSA. - Colaboración en la instalación de software de oficina y aplicaciones para la gestión administrativa y operativa en las diferentes áreas de la ESSA, apoyando el soporte para la operación. - Participación activa en la definición de los requisitos funcionales y no funcionales para elaborar los términos de referencia de los contratos de modernización de las herramientas sistémicas (Hardware y Software). - Colaboración en la realización de una herramienta orientada a web para la administración, seguimiento y control del mantenimiento de hardware y software de la ESSA. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The practice was developed in the technology unit and computer science of the Electrificadora de Santander, dependence that is constituted in an appropriate atmosphere by its characteristics so that an applicant to Engineer of systems learns, secures and contributes to an institution that can provide him the necessary tools to reach the professional maturity to develop surely within the productive sector. As part of the development of the practice they were carried out the next activities following the limits, norms and methodologies used by the UTI: - Participation with voice and without vote in the committees of systems. - Collaboration with the tuning and maintenance in the communication net of data of the ESSA. - Collaboration in the installation of office software and applications for the administrative and operative steps in the different areas of the ESSA, supporting the support for the operation. - Active participation in the definition of the functional and not functional requirements to elaborate the reference terms of the modernization contracts of the systemic tools (Hardware and software). - Collaboration in the realization of a tool guided to web for the administration, pursuit and control of the hardware maintenance and software of the ESSA. | |
