dc.description.abstract	El servicio a ofrecer consiste en el alquiler de vehículos y maquinaria pesada a las distintas pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja y su zona de influencia, que requieren de estos equipos para el desempeño y la ejecución de contratos de obra civil y demás. El 77% de las empresas en Barrancabermeja están de acuerdo con la creación de una asociación de empresas que preste los servicios de alquiler de vehículo y maquinaria pesada. La asociación estará representada ante la Cámara de Comercio bajo la figura de Asociación sin ánimo de lucro; razón social ASOMAQUINARIA MOVIL, constituida con 5 empresas asociadas, los cuales aportarán un capital inicial y un número de vehículos y maquinaria pesada para crear el stand con el cual la asociación va a funcionar. La cantidad de personal será 37 personas que tendrán vinculación a término indefinido, solo una será por contrato de prestación de servicios el cual es el contador de la asociación. La inversión total del proyecto asciende a la suma de $486.527.364, los cuales fueron financiados con recurso propios y de crédito a través de una institución financiera de la región. El Valor presente neto del proyecto es de $280.631.658, la tasa interna de retorno es de 25.59% una relación beneficio costo de 1,58 y la recuperación de la inversión en el cuarto año, sexto mes y veintiocho días, estos indicadores permiten determinar la viabilidad financiera del mismo.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The service to offer consists of the rent of different vehicles and heavy machinery to the small ones, medians and great companies in the city of Barrancabermeja and its zone of influence, that require of these equipment for the performance and the civil work contract execution and others. 77% of the companies in Barrancabermeja are in agreement with the creation of an association of companies that serves of rent of vehicle and heavy machinery. The association will be represented before the Chamber of Commerce under the figure of Association without profit spirit; MOVABLE trade name ASOMAQUINARIA, constituted with 5 companies associated, which will contribute to an initial capital and a number of vehicles and heavy machinery to create stand with which the association is going to work. The amount of personnel will be 37 people who will have indefinite entailment upon maturity, one will only be by contract of benefit of services which is the accountant of the association. The total investment of the project ascends to the sum of $486.527.364, which were financed with resource own and of credit through a financial institution of the region. The net present Value of the project is of $280.631.658, the internal rate of return is of 25,59% a relation benefit 1.58 cost and the recovery of the investment in the fourth year, sixth month and twenty-eight days, these indicators allow to determine the financial viability of the same.
