| dc.description.abstract | Este documento aborda el planteamiento y desarrollo de una investigación cuantitativa Œ descriptiva llevada a cabo en el Corregimiento Uno del Municipio de Bucaramanga, cuyo objetivo fue el de caracterizar las organizaciones campesinas femeninas teniendo en cuenta sus intereses, acciones, alcances, desarrollo y funcionamiento; así mismo buscaba establecer un perfil de las mujeres participantes en términos demográficos y algunas condiciones de salud y trabajo que hacen parte de su cotidianidad. El referente conceptual que orienta la investigación abordo la temática de las comunidades campesinas y el papel de la mujer al interior de estas, genero en la relación familiar y social de la mujer rural y su vinculación a la fuerza laboral, al igual abarco todo lo concerniente a las organizaciones sociales y específicamente las organizaciones campesinas; sus características, tipología, estructura y manejo de la dinámica interna. El análisis de estos elementos y la información recolectada a través del proceso de investigación permitió identificar la problemática que afrontan las organizaciones femeninas en este corregimiento, así mismo, se elaboraron algunas consideraciones en torno a las condiciones de socialización y desarrollo personal de la mujer rural. De este estudio surgió la propuesta de reivindicar y fortalecer los espacios de participación femenina en el Corregimiento Uno, su objetivo es promover las organizaciones femeninas e incentivar espacios de reflexión crítica, formación y participación activa. Lo que se busca es impulsar los procesos de organizaciones femeninos no solo como espacios de participación e intercambio de vivencias sino como alternativas reales en torno a la reorientación de las dinámicas individuales, familiares y sociales en las que se desenvuelvan. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This document covers the exposition and development of a quantitative- descriptive investigation carried out in Jurisdiction One of the Municipality of Bucaramanga, whose objective was characterize the women's peasant organizations considering his interests, actions, reach, development and operation; also it looked to establish a profile of the participant women in demographic terms and some conditions of health and work that they are part of their daily. The conceptual framework orients the investigation to the thematic of the peasant communities and the paper of the woman to the interior of them, genus in the familiar and social relation of the rural woman and your link to the labor force, to the equal It include all the concerning the social organizations and the specifically peasant organizations; your characteristics, class, structure and handling of the internal dynamics. The analysis of these elements and the information collected through of the investigation process allowed to identify the problematic confront the women's organizations in this jurisdiction, also, some considerations around the conditions of socialization and personal development of the rural woman. From this study appear the proposal to claim and to fortify the spaces of women's participation in Jurisdiction One, your objective is promote the women's organizations and It stimulates the spaces of critical reflection, formation and active participation. This looks to impel the processes of women's organizations like spaces of participation and interchange of experiences and like real alternatives around the reorientation of dynamic the individual, familiar and social in which they develop. | |
