dc.description.abstract	El objetivo del proyecto es diseñar e implementar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo para las áreas de oleo neumática, mecatrónica, hidráulica y neumática del CENTRO INDUSTRIAL DE MANTENIMIENTO DE GIRÓN, desarrollando un sistema de información el cual logre que la gestión del mantenimiento se lleve de manera organizada, para así aumentar la fiabilidad y disponibilidad de los equipos permitiendo que la calidad de formación técnica de los aprendices sea la mejor. El desarrollo del proyecto se inició mediante la realización de una auditoría para la efectividad del mantenimiento en las áreas especificadas, obteniendo la identificación de los aspectos que presentan falencias y así poder encaminar las mejoras a implementar, posteriormente se realizó un inventario y codificación de equipos que intervienen con la formación técnica de los aprendices de las respectivas áreas de estudio, asimismo se realizó un análisis de criticidad a la totalidad de maquinaria perteneciente a dichas áreas para identificar los equipos críticos en el proceso de enseñanza del Centro Industrial de Mantenimiento de Girón. Por último se realizó un plan maestro con las actividades de mantenimiento preventivas necesarias para esta metodología, todo lo previo es la base fundamental en la implementación del sistema de información para la administración del mantenimiento, el cual está conformado por toda la información de los equipos, lo cual permite mostrar resultados de mejora gráficamente por medio de indicadores de gestión, contribuyendo así en la formación técnica del país.
