dc.description.abstract	La siguiente propuesta de investigación hace parte de un proceso que viene llevando a cabo el grupo de investigación CEGE, la cual después de diversas investigaciones contribuye a aportar desde los enfoques y tendencias a la transformación de la cultura escolar, factor importante dentro del grupo de investigación porque a través de las diversas investigaciones relacionadas anteriormente se fortalecen los procesos de gestión y calidad educativa. El enfoque investigativo de la propuesta es de carácter cualitativo y el diseño metodológico según la naturaleza del objeto a investigar es de revisión documental. En esta investigación el objetivo principal es indagar y permitir la caracterización e interpretación de documentos acerca de las tendencias y enfoques investigativos que contribuyan a transformar la cultura escolar y promuevan el desarrollo de la misma con miras al mejoramiento continuo. Por lo anterior en esta investigación la revisión documental consiste en indagar diferentes documentos realizando una recopilación adecuada y con los resultados de ellos identificar y redescubrir las tendencias y enfoques investigativos. Se espera que determinando las tendencias investigativas se contribuirá a ampliar el horizonte de alternativas que buscan transformar o dirigir la institución escolar hacia la Escuela Soñada, es decir, hacia la institución y organización escolar que responda a las problemáticas que tradicionalmente han venido afectando la educación y el logro de la calidad educativa.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The following research proposal is part of a process that is carrying out the CEGE research group, which after various research contributes to provide from perspective and tendency to the transformation of the school culture, important factor within the research group because through of various investigations related previously strengthen the processes of management and educational quality. The investigative focus of the proposal is of a qualitative nature and the methodological design according to the nature of the object to investigate is of document review. In this investigation the main objective is to investigate and allow the characterization and interpretation of documents about tendency and investigative perspective that contribute to transforming school culture and promote the development of it with a view to the continuous improvement Therefore in this research the document review consist of investigating different documents by performing a proper collection and the results of them identify and rediscover a tendency and investigative perspectives. He is expected that determining the research trends contribute to broaden the horizon of alternatives that seek to transform or direct the school to dream school, i.e. towards the institution and school organization that responds to the problems that have traditionally been affecting education and the achievement of the quality of education To expect that determining the research tendency can to broaden the horizon of alternatives that seek to transform or direct the school to dream school, i.e. towards the institution and school organization that responds to the problems that have traditionally been affecting education and the achievement of the education quality.
