| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo fundamental de este proyecto es presentar el Bioparque ARBORETUM a las personas y entidades públicas o privadas, interesadas en apoyar su desarrollo. BOSQUES Y VIVEROS es una empresa creada con el fin de promover el ecoturismo, la investigación y los deportes de aventura en Santander, la cual cuenta con un grupo logístico interdisciplinario comprometido con el logro de las metas propuestas. De esta manera, se garantiza el éxito del proyecto en el futuro. Teniendo en cuenta la expectativa de los socios desde que se dio a conocer el proyecto, se realizó un estudio de mercados que demostró la viabilidad del proyecto al momento de tomar decisiones. Para ARBORETUM es importante tener en cuenta el aspecto social ya que de este depende la garantía de funcionamiento en la zona de influencia. Aquí se tuvieron en cuenta una serie de criterios importantes para poder llevar a cabo el proyecto involucrando a la comunidad local, ofreciendo beneficios ambientales y sociales, oportunidades de negocio, calidad de vida, expectativa de mercado y crecimiento social en la población. Finalmente es importante destacar el esfuerzo del grupo de trabajo de Bosques y Viveros ya que gracias su buena gestión financiera, es posible obtener fuentes de financiación favorables y atractivos turísticos para los interesados en ser parte de de ARBORETUM. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The primary objective of this project is to present The ARBORETUM BioPark to the people, government entities and private entities, wich are interested in sponsoring its development. BOSQUES Y VIVEROS has been created to promote the Ecotourism, researching and adventure sports in Santander, wich have an interdisciplinary and logistics team in charge of achieving the goals. In this way, they can ensure the project's success in the future. Considering the partners expectations, when the project was released, it was carried a market research out, witch proved to be a viable project at time for decision making. For ARBORETUM is very important considering the social aspect because it will provide a proper operation into the zone of influence. At the same time, it has been considered a number of important aspects to carry out the project involving the local community, providing social and environmental benefits, business opportunities, quality of life, market expectation and social growth in the population. Finally, it is important to stand out the effort of the work team of Bosques y Viveros for its excellent financial management, making possible to find out viable sources of finance and getting touristic attractions for people interested in being part of ARBORETUM. | |
