| dc.description.abstract | El sector dedicado a la actividad productiva de forros para sillines de motocicletas, en los últimos años ha tenido un importante auge en razón a la creciente constitución de empresas en este campo y con ello una variedad de referencias que busca satisfacer las necesidades y gustos de los usuarios de estos vehículos; por lo tanto las empresas están obligadas a ejecutar acciones en las áreas en que se detecten problemas. Por ello, se presenta el Plan de Acción para la empresa Trujillo y Trujillo accesoriosTyT, fabricante de forros para sillines de motocicletas, enmarcado en el desarrollo de las áreas relacionadas con su organización administrativa y la implementación del área financiera y contable. Con el diagnóstico de la empresa se encontró una situación crítica en el área gerencial en todos sus componentes; planeación, dirección, organización y control y en el área contable por no existir información que permitiera establecer la real situación financiera de la compañía. Con dicho diagnóstico, se determinó establecer el perfil estratégico de TyT: misión, visión, políticas y objetivos, sugerir el nombramiento del gerente, crear el organigrama, constituirla y legalizarla, diseñar el logotipo, elaborar la papelería, aprobar el reglamento interno de trabajo, así como el manual de funciones y diagramas de recorrido de los procesos. En el área contable, se recopiló la información, se clasificaron las diferentes partidas y cuentas, se aprobaron por primera vez los estados financieros, estados de resultados y balance a diciembre 31 de 2002 y 2003; obteniendo así mismo la información contable hasta mayo de 2004. Se inició la gestión con los proveedores para la aprobación de crédito en la compra de materiales, se inició el proceso de gestionar cupo de crédito con una entidad financiera. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The sector dedicated to the productive activity of covers for motorcycle chairs has, in the last few years, had an important boom by reason of the growing constitution of enterprises specialized in this field. With it comes a variety of references that seeks to satisfy the needs and tastes of the users of these vehicles. The new enterprises are therefore forced to execute actions in the areas in which problems are detected. It is for this reason that we present the plan of action for the enterprise Trujillo y Trujillo accesorios-TyT, manufacturer of motorcycle seat-covers, framed in the development of areas related with its administrative organization and the implementation of the financial and accounting area. With the diagnosis of the enterprise we found a critical situation in the management area in all it's components; planning, direction, organization and control and in the accounting area since there was no information that allowed us to establish the true financial situation of the company. With such a diagnosis, we determined to establish the strategic profile of T and T: mission, vision, policies and objectives, suggesting the naming of the manager, creating the business outline, constitute it and legalize it, design the logo, create the paperwork, approve the internal working rules, along with the manual of functions and diagrams of the carrying out of the processes. In the accounting area, we gleamed the information, classified the different shares and accounts, approved for the first time the financial status, result status and balances to December 31 of 2002 and 2003; obtaining thus the accounting information until May of 2004.
