dc.description.abstract	En la Práctica Social ejecutada en el Sindicato de Educadores de Santander, S.E.S se aplicaron las bases teóricas jurídicas y legales conocidas y aprendidas durante el Pregrado, brindando asesoría a los Directivos Docentes y Docentes afiliados al Sindicato de Educadores de Santander S.E.S, se utilizaron mecanismos de protección a los Derechos Constitucionales fundamentales de los individuos. Se presentaron casos la mayoría pertenecientes al área de salud. Se emplearon los siguientes mecanismos de protección de los derechos: 1. DERECHO DE PETICION: Contemplado en el Art. 23 de la C.P.C., agotado este recurso o mecanismo, se pasa a la 2. ACCION DE TUTELA: contemplada en el Art. 86 de la C.P.C. Aplicados a los distintos casos que el Docente o Directivo Docente requiriera. De esta manera a través de la práctica Jurídica Social y con la realización de este proyecto, se logró beneficiar a la Organización S.E.S filial de FECODE, fortaleciendo al Consultorio Jurídico y a su vez apoyando al comité Municipal de Asuntos Jurídicos. Cabe destacar que al inicio de la práctica llevaba muy poco de funcionamiento el Consultorio Jurídico y por consiguiente el desconocimiento por parte de los Directivos Docentes y Docentes de la existencia de dicha oficina dentro del Sindicato de Educadores del Magisterio S.E.S, se presentó poca concurrencia del gremio del Magisterio. Al finalizar la práctica Jurídica Social se logró que algunos docentes se remitan a esta dependencia para la solución quejas en materia de Salud y Seguridad Social, abriendo espacio para los nuevos practicantes estudiantes de último semestre de la Universidad industrial de Santander UIS con el apertura y fortalecimiento del Convenio de Apoyo Interinstitucional para la realización de Prácticas Sociales como modalidad de Trabajo de grado celebrado entre la UNIVERSIDAD INDUSTRIAL DE SANTANDER y el SINDICATO DE TRABAJADORES DEL SECTOR EDUCATIVO SES.

Note that at the beginning of practice had very little operating the Legal Clinic and therefore the ignorance of Directors Teachers and Lecturers of the existence of the office within the Teachers' Union of Teachers SES, low turnout appeared Guild the Magisterium.
