| dc.description.abstract | En el presente proyecto se desarrolla el estudio de factibilidad para el montaje de una oficina del BANCO CAJA SOCIAL BCSC en el sector de San Francisco de la Comuna III de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto se tuvo en cuenta la necesidad que tiene la entidad de atender un alto volumen de usuarios con productos y servicios altamente competitivos, lo que demuestra su constante crecimiento y su firme posicionamiento en el sector financiero. Se realizó un análisis exhaustivo del mercado por medio de una encuesta a las personas naturales y jurídicas del sector de san francisco, la cual permitió establecer un alto grado de demanda insatisfecha y las características del sector. Se hizo necesario el estudio técnico para determinar el tamaño del proyecto y la localización del punto exacto de ubicación de la oficina teniendo en cuenta factores que influyen para el buen funcionamiento. En cuanto al estudio administrativo y legal el Banco Caja Social es una marca del BCSC que tiene definida su estructura organizacional y actúa bajo todas las normas y procedimientos legales vigilados por la superintendencia bancaria. El estudio se concluye con el análisis financiero en el cual se detalla la inversión requerida para la puesta en marcha del proyecto y el retorno de la inversión, arrojando resultados favorables que afirman la viabilidad del proyecto. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | This Project develops a study about the feasibility for setting a Caja Social bank office in San Francisco sector; community III, Bucaramanga city, for developping this Project we realized the necessity of the entity for serving a high number of users by offering service and products highly competitive, what shows its continning growing and its solid position in the financial sector. We realize an intensive analysis within the market by applying an interview form, which let us establish a huge unfullfil demand, and the characteristics of the sector. The making of a technicad study was necessary for determinig the size of the Project and the setting of the office by considering the factor that influence for a good running. For the administrative study and its loyality the Caja Social bank is a branch of BCSC with a defined organization and that runs under the norms and laws of the banking major supervisor. The study is concluded with the financial analysis, on which is detailed the required investmen for setting forth Project by showing positive results that warranty the feasibility of the Project. | |
