dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este proyecto es crear una comercializadora de artículos de pequeña marroquinería en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, donde los principales clientes sean las mujeres empleadas en las empresas de la ciudad que corresponde a un total de 6.221, donde los principales artículos a ofrecer serán billeteras, portagafas, canguros, monederos, portacelulares y portalápices en cuero, diseños exclusivos y terminados de calidad. Para poder determinar la viabilidad del proyecto se realizó un estudio de mercado, para conocer las empresas existentes en la ciudad, la oferta del producto, las tendencias que se están manejando, el precio y el tipo de publicidad que se está manejando para promocionar ese tipo de producto. También se realizara un estudio técnico donde se determino la capacidad de ventas de los artículos de la nueva comercializadora, ubicación del almacén en un sitio estratégico, descripción bien detallada de los artículos a comercializar, los recursos físicos y personal, y la distribución de la planta para el buen funcionamiento de la empresa. Para lograr una empresa bien constituida y organizada es necesario realizar un estudio administrativo a la nueva comercializadora, para determinar el tipo de sociedades existentes en el país para constituir la empresa, un organigrama estructurado y de acuerdo al personal que se requiere para prestar el servicio y puesta en marcha de la comercializadora. Se realizo un estudio financiero donde se pudo establecer que la inversión es de $ 57.973.269, el capital de trabajo que se requiere es de $ 33.669.769, una TIR de 37%, y con la evaluación financiera se determinara la viabilidad financiera del proyecto, con el cual se podrá establecer con más claridad la puesta en marcha de la nueva comercializadora LIMAR.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The aim of this project is to create a comercializadora of articles of small Morocco leatherwork in Bucaramanga's city, where the principal clients are the women used in the companies of the city that corresponds to a total of 6.221, where the principal articles to offering will be wallets, portagafas, kangaroos, purses, portacelulares and portalápices in leather, designs exclusive and finished of quality. To be able to determine the viability of the project a market research was realized, to know the existing companies in the city, the offer of the product, the trends that they are handling, the price and the type of advertising that one is handling to promote this type of product. Also a technical study was realized where I determine the capacity of sales of the articles of the new comercializadora, location of the store in a strategic site, description well detailed from the articles to commercialize, the physical resources and personnel, and the distribution of the plant for the good functioning of the company. To achieve a constituted well and organized company is necessary to realize an administrative study to the new comercializadora, to determine the type of existing companies in the country to constitute the company, a structured flowchart and in agreement to the personnel that is needed to give the service and putting in march of the comercializadora. I realize a financial study where it was possible to establish that the investment is of $ 57.973.269, the capital of work that is needed is of $ 33.669.769, one TIR of 37%, and with the financial evaluation there was deciding the financial viability of the project, with which it will be possible establish with more clarity the putting in march of the new comercializadora TO SMOOTH.
