dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto tuvo como propósito crear un espacio de interacción en torno a la formación musical para el uso adecuado del tiempo libre dentro del proceso de rehabilitación de los internos de la comunidad terapéutica nuevos horizontes de la cárcel modelo de Bucaramanga. Para la realización ordenada y eficaz de este proyecto, se llevaron a cabo 3 etapas que permitieron el acercamiento a la población objeto, el diagnóstico de presaberes, el diseño de un programa de formación acorde a los intereses y necesidades de los reclusos y por último el desarrollo y ejecución de dicho programa. A pesar de las dificultades, es importante resaltar entre los resultados, la constancia que los internos demostraron durante la práctica, pues aunque en variadas ocasiones no se pudo ingresar para realizar las sesiones de trabajo, los participantes continuaban practicando en su tiempo libre, permitiendo la creación de un grupo musical que tuvo la oportunidad de presentarse y amenizar distintos momentos y eventos realizados al interior de la cárcel. Por otro lado, los internos más avanzados, actuaron como monitores, compartiendo sus conocimientos con los nuevos participantes de la comunidad, formando un semillero de nuevos talentos y permitiendo la motivación y las ganas de seguir adelante en este proceso, pues aún después de terminado el proyecto, ellos siguieron ocupando su tiempo libre en los ensayos del grupo musical y en la práctica de la guitarra. De igual manera, se pudo concluir que proyectos como éste beneficia a la comunidad y especialmente, al personal recluido, pues dada su condición, poseen mucho tiempo que puede ser utilizado en actividades de ocio adquiriendo conocimientos y generando resultados exitosos. También hay mucho talento en este tipo de personas y la disposición hacia el aprovechamiento de las oportunidades que se les presentan, les permite tener avances en el desarrollado de habilidades. ________________________________________
dc.description.abstractenglish	This project was intended to create an interactive space around the musical training for the proper use of leisure time in the process of rehabilitation of the inmates of the therapeutic community this project, it was carried out three phases that allowed the approach to the target population: the diagnosis of pre knowledge; designing a training program according to the interests and needs of prisoners and finally, the development and implementation of the program. Despite the difficulties and according to the results, it is important to note the constancy that the inmates showed during the practice. Although it was impossible to make the working sessions in diverse occasions, participants continued to practice in their free time, allowing creating a musical group that had the opportunity to perform and entertain different times and events done inside the prison. On the other hand, the most advanced inmates acted as monitors, sharing their knowledge with new participants of the community, forming a hotbed of new talent and allowing the motivation and desire to move forward in this process, by the way, after finishing the project, they continued to occupy their free time at band rehearsals and playing the guitar. Similarly, it was concluded that the implementation of this kind of projects benefits the community, especially the held staff since, because of their condition, they have a lot of time that can be used in leisure activities to acquire knowledge and generate successful results. There is also a lot of talent in these people and disposition towards harnessing the opportunities presented to them.
