| dc.description.abstract | La Estructuración interna realizada en COPACREDITO LTDA incluyó la definición y establecimiento de: Manual de Procedimientos, Estructura Salarial, Manual de Funciones, Reglamento interno y Código Disciplinario; para la sede principal de la cooperativa en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja, y para la agencia establecida en Bucaramanga. Esta documentación de sus actividades se realizó para optimizar los procesos y con la visión de acortar la distancia de la certificación de la calidad. Para su conformación se realizaron los siguientes pasos: Revisión de la documentación actual, Análisis crítico y planteamiento de mejoras de los documentos existentes en la cooperativa, Levantamiento de información, Planteamiento preliminar de la documentación, Revisión y correcciones de los documentos elaborados, Emisión de la documentación definitiva e Implementación. De manera previa a éstos, se definieron las generalidades de la empresa y el marco teórico acerca de los documentos a desarrollarse; para elaborar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la cooperativa. Al finalizar la ejecución del proyecto se observó un notable beneficio en la organización, ya que se identificaron claramente los procesos para agilizar el traslado de información y el funcionamiento interno, aumentando la eficacia en la prestación del servicio. También se lograron establecer lineamientos para que la relación de los trabajadores y la cooperativa sea justa, se encuentre dentro de las normas legales y cumpla con los requerimientos de ambas partes, asegurando que no se violaran los derechos y que se cumplirán los deberes. En última instancia se recomendó dar continuidad al proyecto realizado mediante la implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad, un estudio de distribución de espacio, un estudio de colas y un estudio de métodos y tiempos en el área de cajas Práctica Empresarial Facultad de Ingenierías Físico-mecánicas. | dc.description.abstractenglish | The internal structure carried out in Copacredito ltda included the definition and stablishment of: Proceedings Manual, Wage Estructure, Manual of Function, Internal Rules and Disciplinary Code; for the Head office of the cooperative in the Barrancabermeja city and for the stablish agency in Bucaramanga. The documentation of their activities was made for optimize the process and with the vision to shorten distance of quality certification. For their conform realized the following steps: Revision of current documentation, critical analysis and better exposition of the existents document in the cooperative, raising information, preliminary exposition of the documentation, revision and connection of the manufacturer documents, emission of the definitive documentation and implantation.
