dc.description.abstract	El genero heliconias, son flores tropicales que se reproduce a lo largo de toda Colombia. Sin embargo, desde tiempos inmemorables se ha observado su crecimiento nativo en un municipio santandereano llamado Puerto Parra; allí las especies de heliconias son múltiples y su propagación se da naturalmente sin ningún aporte técnico que permita a la población una explotación comercial cierta y competitiva. El proyecto realizado acoge todas estas manifestaciones comerciales y ubica su desarrollo en un sector afectado por las escasas políticas agrícolas que lo sumergen en la problemática social que ahonda cada vez más al campesino y al agricultor del común, a padecer los infortunios de un país en donde es mínimo vital es sólo privilegio de algunos. Tomando en cuenta que Puerto Parra es un municipio en donde las heliconias crecen de forma silvestre, se ha querido auspiciar estrategias empresariales que generen salarios directos e indirectos tanto en Puerto Parra, como en Bucaramanga. En la evaluación financiera del proyecto, la tasa interna de retorno calculada fue de 60,3%, y su VPN de $313.566.088, superior a cero, mostrando que es una buena alternativa de inversión, superior respecto a las opciones promedio del mercado actual y de la TMAR, del inversionista, deflactada que es del 6,9%. Es necesario además considerar que la inversión requerida para esta empresa es de $98.382.245 y que su mercado representa una alternativa de bajo riesgo puesto que los clientes son seguros (cada floristería de hoy día, debe obligatoriamente utilizar un follaje y en Bucaramanga la oferta es mínima), presentando adicionalmente un crecimiento constante y fácil de proyectar.
dc.description.abstractenglish	He generates heliconias, they are tropical flowers that he/she reproduces along all Colombia. However, from times unmemorable their native growth has been observed in a municipality santandereano called Port Vine; there the heliconias species are multiple and their propagation is given naturally without any technical contribution that allows the population a commercial exploitation certain and competitive. The carried out project welcomes all these commercial manifestations and it locates its development in a sector affected by the scarce ones political agricultural that submerge it in the social problem that deepens more and more the peasant and the farmer of the common one, to suffer the distresses of a country where it is minimum vital it is only privilege of some. Taking into account that Port Vine is a municipality where the heliconias grows in a wild way, one has wanted to favor managerial strategies that generate direct and indirect wages so much in Port Vine, like in Bucaramanga. In the financial evaluation of the project, the calculated internal rate of return was of 60,3%, and its VPN $313.566.088, superior to zero, showing that it is a good investment alternative, superior regarding the options average of the current market and of the TMAR, of the investor, deflated that it is of 6,9%. it is necessary also to consider that the investment required for this company is of $98.382.245 and that its market represents an alternative of low risk since the clients are safe (each florist of nowadays, obligatorily it should use a foliage and in Bucaramanga the offer is minimum), presenting a constant and easy growth additionally of
