dc.description.abstract	El objetivo principal de este proyecto es diseñar un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa que gestione el alojamiento de estudiantes universitarios en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, enfocada en brindar las condiciones de confortabilidad y seguridad necesarias. Lo anterior, teniendo en cuenta que el número de estudiantes universitarios en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga se ha estado incrementando debido a que las instituciones de educación superior son reconocidas a nivel nacional por su calidad académica. El cuerpo central del documento está compuesto por la investigación de mercados que se realizó con el objetivo de caracterizar e identificar las necesidades reales y expectativas en cuanto al servicio de alojamiento de los estudiantes universitarios y los arrendatarios de habitaciones en el Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga, un análisis técnico donde se identificaron los recursos humanos, físicos y tecnológicos necesarios para el funcionamiento de la empresa, un análisis legal que permitió identificar los trámites y requisitos para la prestación del servicio, se realizó planeación estratégica con el fin de concretar los lineamientos de inicio y puesta en marcha de la empresa fijando un horizonte de tiempo y se evaluó la factibilidad del negocio mediante un estudio financiero realizando proyecciones a 5 años para determinar que la idea de negocio es viable. Para finalizar, se constituyó legalmente la empresa y se inició la oferta del servicio a través de una página web de la empresa y redes sociales (Facebook)
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main objective of this project is to design a business plan for the creation of a company that manages the accommodation of university students in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, focused on providing the necessary conditions of comfort and security. The foregoing, taking into account that the number of university students in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga has been increasing due to the fact that higher education institutions are nationally recognized for their academic quality. The central body of the document is composed of market research that was conducted with the objective of characterizing and identifying the real needs and expectations regarding the accommodation service of university students and the tenants of rooms in the Metropolitan Area of Bucaramanga, a technical analysis where the human, physical and technological resources necessary for the operation of the company were identified, a legal analysis that allowed to identify the procedures and requirements for the provision of the service, strategic planning was carried out in order to specify the initial and start-up of the company by setting a time horizon and the feasibility of the business was evaluated through a financial study making 5-year projections to determine that the business idea is viable. Finally, the company was legally constituted and the service offer was launched through a company website and social networks (Facebook).
