dc.description.abstract	Este documento tiene como objetivo explicar al lector la función de apoyo que brinda el Departamento de Santander por medio de la Secretaria de Infraestructura en el Grupo de Aguas y Saneamiento Básico – GASB, a la población del Departamento, la cual a diario se encuentra afectada por la carencia de servicios público tales como: agua potable, sistema de acueducto y alcantarillado, manejo de residuos sólidos y líquidos, buscando la solución a los requerimientos que se presentan y trabajando en pro del correcto manejo y operación de los sistemas. Un proyecto es la forma más práctica de plasmar las necesidades de una población. Este trabajo, sirve como guía a la hora de elaborar un proyecto que será presentado al Grupo de Aguas y Saneamiento Básico, pues explica detalladamente los requisitos necesarios del mismo, además se enuncian los certificados que solicita el grupo como requisito, complemento y soporte de la información que será sometida a revisión por parte de la entidad pública. Las actividades realizadas en el transcurso de la práctica social consistieron en: realizar la revisión de documentos a proyectos que allí se presentan, dar seguimiento a los proyectos que se encuentran en ejecución por medio de la formulación de diferentes actas las cuales facilitan al supervisor una clara idea del proceso o estado actual de la obra física, supervisión técnica por medio de visitas técnicas a diferentes lugares en los cuales se ejecutan diversos proyectos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This paper has like objetive explains to the reader the funtion of support that give the Santander DEPARTMENT through secretary in infrastructure of wáter groups and basic sanitation (GASB), to the population of this department, which it is eventually afected by the lack of public services such as: potable water, aqueduct systems and sewerage, control of solid residues and liquids, looking for solution to the requirements that presents and working in favor to the correct things about control in correct manage and operation of the systems. A project is the best way to indicate the requirements of a population. This job serves like a guide in the momento to make a project that will be displayed to the wáter groups and basic sanitation, so explains very well the requirements itself, also says the certifications that needs as requirement, complement and supporting of the information that will be submitted to checking in front of republic entity. The activities that have done around this time of social practicing consisted in: Make a revision of files to every Project presents here, follow those ones that you can find in execution through formulation of diferents proceedings which help to became more easly the process to the supervisor does and give to him an clear idea within the same process in the physical work, technical supervisión throught technical visits in diferent places where there are projecs in execution.
