dc.description.abstract	El objetivo de este proyecto es Diseñar e implementar un Sistema de Información para la gerencia del mantenimiento en Industrias Alimenticias Ornelo S.A.S. con ayuda de la plataforma informática java y el motor de base de datos My SQL; que contenga los siguientes módulos de trabajo: inventario de equipos, órdenes de trabajo, indicadores de gestión, costos, preventivos y repuestos. El desarrollo del proyecto se inició analizando los aspectos organizativos de la empresa y tomando en cuenta la importancia de monitorear permanentemente el desempeño productivo, para estimar y coordinar los recursos necesarios implementados en la búsqueda de la mayor eficiencia alcanzada, se pude determinar la importancia de desarrollar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo que esté involucrado con todos los aspectos de organización. El desarrollo del plan de mantenimiento preventivo se basó en el análisis de criticidad realizado a los equipos de la planta, posteriormente se realizó un inventario de los equipos y codificación, en seguida se procede a realizar la descomposición en partes funcionales de los equipos críticos, la cual se hizo por medio de inspección directa, esto se hace buscando una mejor organización y control de las actividades a definir. La gestión de mantenimiento requiere apoyarse en sistemas informáticos que le permitan llevar un control sobre las acciones correctivas y preventivas llevadas en los equipos. El procedimiento utilizado para el diseño del sistema de información es el siguiente: Definir la información que Industrias Alimenticias Ornelo S.A.S maneja. Definir la estructura general del sistema de información. Definir los elementos de entrada y salida del sistema de información. Definir las relaciones entre los módulos que almacenan la información para evitar complicaciones en el manejo del software.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The main objective of this project is to design and to implement a Maintenance Management Information System for Industrias Alimenticias Ornelo S.A.S. using JAVA platform and the relational database management system MyQSL. This project must contain the following work packages: equipment inventory, work orders, management indicators, prevention costs and spare parts. To start developing the project an analysis of the organization aspects of the company was made. Having into account the importance of constantly monitoring the productive performance of the company and looking forward to obtain the best efficiency for it, a necessity of developing a preventive maintenance plan to manage all the organization aspects appeared. This idea of developing a preventive maintenance plan was based first on the analysis of equipment criticality, secondly an equipment inventory was made, after that the functional parts of the most critical equipment were removed in order to get a better organization and a better control of activities to be defined. Maintenance management system requires support from information systems, this is for taking control of preventive and corrective actions that will be apply on equipment. The procedure used for designing the information system is the following: To define the information that Industrias Alimenticias Ornelo S.A.S manage. To define the general structure of the information system. To define the input and output elements of the information system. To define the connection between the modules that keeps the information to avoid complications when managing the software.
