| dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo presenta un informe de las actividades desarrolladas en la Secretaría de Transporte e Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander, entre las cuales se encuentra la formulación de proyectos de inversión pública que utiliza el recurso humano y conocimiento técnico para dar solución a la problemática de la comunidad. En la formulación de proyectos se realiza un de las componentes que hacen parte de un proyecto así como la metodología a utilizar según la problemática. También se describe el proceso de actualización de este tipo de proyectos para los cuales existe una serie de requisitos. Se realizaron consultas a los diferentes contratos de obra para red vial secundaria archivados en la dependencia del Grupo de Mantenimiento Vial, lugar donde se desarrolla la práctica, a los cuales se les extrajo la información con el objetivo de conformar una base de datos. Adicionalmente se consultó el mapa actual de la red vial de Departamento y el inventario de fuentes de materiales existente en la Secretaría de Transporte e Infraestructura de la Gobernación de Santander. La información recopilada se presenta en formato digital y para permitir su consulta de manera sencilla, rápida y eficaz se utiliza un Sistema de Información Geográfica (SIG), que tiene la propiedad de ser actualizado permanentemente. Esta es una herramienta importante para el desarrollo de la red vial del Departamento de Santander. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The present work presents a report of the activities developed at Secretary the Transport and Infrastructure of the Santander Government, among these activities, the formulation of public investment projects that use both the human resource and the technical knowledge in order to give solution to problems of the community. In the formulation of project it is presented a of the components that take part of a project and so the methodology to be used according to the problematic. Also, it is described the process of bringing up to date this kind of projects for which it exists some conditions. Different contracts of buildings construction for secondary route net were consulted they were filed in the group of vial maintenance, this is the place where the practice took place and where it was get the information with the purpose of creating a database. Furthermore, it was consulted the route net map of the Department and the materials that exist in the Secretary the Transport and Infrastructure of the Santander Government. The information compiled is presented in digital format to permit an easy quickly and effective consult it is used a System of Geographic Information (SIG) which may be brought to date constantly.
