| dc.description.abstract | El municipio de Labateca, siguiendo los lineamientos de las políticas nacionales para la preservación del medio ambiente y para cumplir con las obligaciones que tiene como ente territorial ante las autoridades de control en el área ambiental, elaboró el documento denominado Plan de Saneamiento y Manejo de Vertimientos que comprende las siguientes actividades planteadas en la resolución 1433 de 2003 las cuales son: Diagnóstico del sistema de alcantarillado, referido a la identificación de las necesidades de obras y acciones con su orden de realización. Definición acorde al diagnostico los programas, proyectos y actividades con sus respectivas metas físicas. Identificación de la totalidad de los vertimientos puntuales de aguas residuales realizados en las áreas urbanas por el municipio de Labateca. Proyecciones de la carga contaminante generada, recolectada, transportada y tratada por vertimiento y por corriente, tramo o cuerpo de agua receptor a corto plazo, mediano y largo plazo. Objetivos de reducción del número de vertimientos puntuales para el corto plazo, mediano y largo plazo, y el cumplimiento de metas de calidad. Descripción detallada de los programas, proyectos y actividades con sus respectivos cronogramas, a corto, mediano y largo plazo. orgánico. Esto permitirà al municipio cumplir con los requerimientos de ley ante la autoridad ambiental competente, en este caso CORPONOR y tener un instrumento de planificación para el avance en la gestión en la descontaminación de la fuente receptora en este caso río Culagà. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The municipality of Labateca, following the lineaments of the national policies for the preservation of environment and to fulfill the obligations that it has like territorial being before the authorities of control in the environmental área , the denominated document elaborated Plan of Cleaning and Handling of Pourings that include/understand the following raised activities in the resolution 1433 of 2003 which they are: Diagnosis of the sewage system system, referred to the identification of the necessities of works and actions with its order of accomplishment. Agreed definition to I diagnose the programs, projects and activities with its respective physical goals. Identification of the totality of residual the precise water pourings made in the urban areas by the municipality of Labateca. Projections of the generated polluting load, collected, transported and treated by pouring and current, receiving water section or body in the short term, medium and long term. Detailed description of the programs, projects and activities with its respective cronograms, to short, medium and long term. This permitirà to the municipality to fulfill the law requirements before the competent environmental authority, in this case CORPONOR and of having an instrument of planning for the advance in the management in the decontamination of the receiving body in this case Culagà river. The plan was made in 90 days having included/understood the months of October to December of year 2005.As it contributes to the solution of the problematic one of environmental contamination and anticipating the term that the municipality had to elaborate the Plan in mention. | |
