dc.description.abstract	El siguiente documento representa un compendio de normas, y procesos empleados dentro de la sublinea Versa-Flex de la compañía prestadora de servicios petroleros Halliburton que busca optimizar aspectos importantes como entrenamiento de personal, alistamiento, almacenamiento, transporte y corrida de la herramienta dentro del pozo petrolero. Las normas internacionales incluidas son ISO 14001 (normas internacionales del medioambiente), ISO 9001 (normas internacionales para la estandarización de procedimientos), OSHAS 18001 (normas internacionales para la salud ocupacional). Los procesos comprendidos dentro de este manual son: Descripción de la herramienta que sirve para contextualizar al lector sobre la razón del servicio involucrado en el manual, la importación y el manejo del stock de la compañía también está incluida brevemente antes de los procesos de transporte de cualquier herramienta. La fase comercial se relaciona dentro del manual al exponer la manera en la que se licita por proyectos petroleros. Uno de los dos procesos más importantes dentro del manual es el alistamiento de la herramienta, en el cual se presentan los elementos de protección personal y requisitos que deben presentar los trabajadores antes de comenzar su trabajo, y un paso a paso que describe el proceso de armado de la herramienta y su operación en el pozo. Por último se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones que el autor determino durante la realización del proyecto.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document represents a compendium of norms, and processes used in Versa-Flex service line from the oilfield services company Halliburton, that is supposed to optimize important aspects like personnel training, readiness, storage, transport, and the tool´s operation in the oil well. The international standards included are ISO 14001 (environmental international standards), ISO 9001 (procedures international standardization), OSHAS 18001 (Health and safety international standards). The procedures inside this manual are: The tool´s description works for giving a context to the reader about the meaning of the involved service, the import and the management of the company´s tools stock are also included shortly before the develop of transportation processes of any tool. The commercial phase is related within the manual when it exposes the way the tender of oilfield projects is performed. One of the two most important processes in the manual is the readiness of the equipment, in which are presented the personal protection elements and the requirement that the personnel must have before they start their work, and a step by step that describes the armed, and operation processes of the tool in the base and in the oil well. At the end are some author´s conclusions and recommendations developed during the project.
