| dc.description.abstract | El proyecto presentado en este documento corresponde a un estudio dirigido a identificar a los Centros de Desarrollo Productivo de Santander como componentes de un sistema de generación de conocimiento y su impacto generado en la región. El proyecto se desarrolla en tres fases principales: identificación de las necesidades de información, recolección de información, y análisis de información con la consolidación de las respectivas conclusiones. La primera fase se realiza mediante el reconocimiento de la información que se espera encontrar en el documento y se establecen los requerimientos de información. La recolección de información se realiza mediante el diligenciamiento de una ficha diseñada por la autora del proyecto, que especifica la información requerida, para el caso del análisis de las carteras de proyectos de los Centros; la información complementaria que se requiere es solicitada directamente a los CDP’s. Finalmente se realizan entrevistas a empresarios de los sectores pertinentes. La etapa de análisis de información se lleva a cabo en tres fases: La primera es el análisis de impacto de los CDP`s en el sector de la Mipyme, para lo cual se analiza la información recolectada por medio de las entrevistas a los empresarios; la segunda fase contiene el análisis del impacto de los Centros en el sistema, para lo cual se estudian los datos recolectados de la cartera de proyectos de los CDP`s, y finalmente se realiza el estudio de impacto del Centro en sí mismo con la información de la cartera de proyectos y los estados financieros de los CDP`s. Básicamente este proyecto permitió identificar las debilidades de los CDP`s, su influencia en el desarrollo sectorial, reconocer su participación en la dinámica regional y establecer recomendaciones para iniciar un proceso de fortalecimiento de estas instituciones que tienen el potencial para proporcionar grandes beneficios al sector productivo de la región. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The project presented/displayed in this document corresponds to a directed study to identify to the Centers of Productive Development of Santander like components of the National System of Science and Technology (SNCyT) and its impact generated in the region. The project is developed in three main phases: identification of the information necessities, harvesting of the information, and analysis of the information with the consolidation of the respective conclusions. First stage is made by means of the recognition of the information that is hoped to find in the document and the information requirements settle down. The information harvesting is made by means of the hasten of a card designed by the author of the project, that specifies the required information, for the case of the analysis of the portfolios of projects of the Centers; the other necessary information is directly asked for CDP's. Finally interviews to industralists of the pertinent sectors are made. The stage of information analysis is carried out in three phases: The first phase in the sector of the Mipyme is the analysis of impact of the CDP, for which the information collected by means of the interviews to the industralists is analyzed; the second phase contains the analysis of the impact of the Centers in the system, for which the collected data of the portfolio of projects of the CDP study`s, and finally the study of impact of the Center is made in itself with the information of the portfolio of projects and the financial statements of the CDP`s. Basically this project allowed to identify the weaknesses of the CDP `s, its influence in the sectorial development, to recognize its participation in regional dynamics and to establish recommendations to initiate a process of fortification of these institutions that have the potential to provide great benefits to the productive sector of the region. | |
