dc.description.abstract	La modernización de la infraestructura eléctrica es clave para garantizar un suministro confiable que impulse el desarrollo económico y social. Como parte de este propósito se desarrolla una práctica empresarial en la electrificadora de Santander S.A. ESP brindando apoyo a los proyectos de reposición y modernización de las subestaciones Los Palos y Bucaramanga, Estos proyectos están orientados a mejorar la confiabilidad y continuidad del servicio eléctrico en la región. Las actividades se ejecutaron en cuatro etapas, que abarcaron aspectos generales del proyecto, con el objetivo de cumplir con las normativas técnicas, los estándares de calidad y asegurar una gestión eficiente de costos. Estas etapas (supervisión técnica y revisión inicial, cumplimiento de planificación y control de cronograma, monitoreo y calidad, costos y ajustes presupuestarios) fueron desarrolladas directamente en el lugar de ejecución y contaron con diferentes herramientas que permitieron la consecución de los objetivos, aumentando la eficacia del control en este tipo de proyectos. Durante el proceso, se participó activamente en la construcción de cimentaciones para equipos, bancos de ductos, muros de contención, vías de mantenimiento, cárcamos, cuartos de celdas, montajes de estructuras metálicas y demás obras completarías. Esta práctica logró fortalecer competencias profesionales en supervisión y gestión de proyectos, a la vez que aportó al mejoramiento de la confiabilidad y eficiencia de la infraestructura eléctrica regional. Asimismo, dejó principios y estrategias de supervisión para proyectos venideros tanto a nivel local como regional.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The modernization of the electrical infrastructure is key to ensuring a reliable supply that drives economic and social development. As part of this objective, a business practice is being developed at the Santander S.A. electricity company, providing support for the replacement and modernization projects at the Los Palos and Bucaramanga substations. These projects are aimed at improving the reliability and continuity of electrical service in the region. The activities were executed in four stages, covering general aspects of the project, with the objective of complying with technical regulations and quality standards, and ensuring efficient cost management. These stages (technical supervision and initial review, planning compliance and schedule control, monitoring and quality, costs, and budget adjustments) were carried out directly on-site and included various tools that enabled the achievement of objectives, increasing the effectiveness of control in this type of project. During the process, the company actively participated in the construction of equipment foundations, pipeline banks, retaining walls, maintenance roads, sumps, cell rooms, steel structure assembly, and other complementary works. This practice strengthened professional skills in project supervision and management, while contributing to improving the reliability and efficiency of the regional electrical infrastructure. It also provided supervision principles and strategies for future projects at both the local and regional levels.
