dc.description.abstract	Este documento inicia con una descripción del sector de la industria tecnológica en Santander en la que se exponen las debilidades y la necesidad de fortalecer la cadena de producción de artículos de esta índole. A raíz de esto, la empresa santandereana DYMOB3 desarrolla un equipo de rastreo vehicular (GPS) con el que se pretende ofrecer al mercado de transporte de activos móviles, un instrumento para llevar control y hacer monitoreo en tiempo de real de estos. DYMOB es una empresa de investigación, desarrollo y producción de tecnologías que brinda soluciones integrales en localización y rastreo de activos móviles. Dentro del documento se describe la investigación de mercados, la implementación de los procesos productivos y de ingeniería, las estrategias del negocio y planes de mercadeo utilizados para el logro de las metas del plan de negocios. Seguidamente, se encuentra un análisis financiero avanzado donde se demuestra la viabilidad del negocio. Todos los estudios que se llevarán a cabo a lo largo de este plan de negocios servirán de soporte para que la empresa DYMOB tome las mejores decisiones en cuanto a cómo llevar a cabo la producción de este equipo y también cuales son los canales adecuados para su comercialización en Santander y el resto de Colombia. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document starts with a brief description of the technology industry in Santander in which it is exposed its weakness y and the urge to strength the production chain of this kind of products. Because of this reason, the company DYMOB6 (established in Bucaramanga, Santander) has developed a car tracking unit (GPS) that will offer to the transporting industry a tool that provides control and real time monitoring of the vehicles in the freight transportation industry. DYMOB is a company dedicated to the research, development and production of technology that offers integral solutions in localization and tracking of mobile assets. Inside this document it’s described the market research, the implementation of productive processes, business strategies and marketing plan used to accomplish the established goals of the business plan. Afterwards an advanced financial analysis that shows the viability of the business plan is included. All the studies that take place in this business plan will be helpful and will support the company DYMOB to take the best decisions about how to establish the production line process of the GPS device and will also show the company which are the best commercial routes for its distribution around Santander and the rest of Colombia.
