dc.description.abstract	Este ensayo se ocupa de analizar los cambios epistémicos que surgen en las relaciones de poder entre la sociedad y la prisión del siglo XXI. Parte en un principio analizando los mecanismos punitivos presentes en las sociedades de los siglos XVII, XVIII hasta finalmente llegar a la sociedad del siglo XXI. Estudiando todos los cambios que se han presentado desde la aplicación de los suplicios como forma de castigo en la monarquía, y el paso al sistema legislativo con la creación y aplicación de la leyes. Hasta al momento en donde aparece la prisión como mecanismo disciplinario. Este recorrido es necesario para finalmente analizar el tipo de cambio que surge en la sociedad actual y poder determinar las causas y las consecuencias que permitieron dicho cambio en la forma de pensar y de entender la prisión. Cambio que consiste en un ordenamiento de las ilegalidades que juega a favor del desarrollo y fortalecimiento de las fuerzas policiales presentes en cada sociedad, y que existe gracias al incremento de la actividad delictiva. Para así poder entender como el crimen fortalece y favorece el poder gubernamental que se beneficia de forma política y económica.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This essay occupies to analyze the epistemic changes that happen in the relations of power between the society and the prison of the XXI century. Itself Depart at first analyzing the punitive present mechanisms in the societies of the XVII, XVIII centuries, to finally to come to the society of the XXI century. Studying all the changes that have occurred since the application of torture as punishment in the monarchy, and the way the legal system with the creation and implementation of the laws. Up to the moment where it appears as the prison disciplinary mechanism. This journey is necessary finally to analyze the exchange rate that happens in the society of today and to be able to determine causes and the consequences that enabled said change as of thinking and of understanding the prison. I change that consists in an organizing of the illegalities that he plays in favor of development and strengthening of the present police forces in each society and that is thanks to the increment of criminal activity. In order to, to be able to understand as the crime strengthens and favors the governmental power that benefit by political and cost-reducing way.
