dc.description.abstract	La factibilidad que se ha desarrollado ofrece los parámetros y lineamientos necesarios para crear un centro recreativo canino para los estratos 3, 4 y 5 de la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Teniendo en cuenta al análisis de la información recibida se concluyó que un porcentaje bastante significativo de los hogares, el 85%, desea encontrar un sitio que le ofrezca estos servicios para su canino porque entienden lo importante que es la recreación para su mascota. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el mercado oferente no hay centros de recreación canina y además lo que se puede considerar como oferta indirecta (adiestradores) no ofrecen la especialidad en el servicio y variedad que se pretende ofrecer con la nueva empresa; el estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de este servicio; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial por $30.791.423 y el capital de trabajo por $10.737.723 están al alcance de las personas interesadas en el proyecto; a su vez la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos ambientales y sociales negativos sino por el contrario generará empleo, calidad de vida a sus inversionistas y aporte al sector empresarial; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR con el 69,98% y el VPN de $142.949.890,80 indican las bondades económicas del proyecto para recuperación de la inversión en un corto plazo menor a dos años.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The factibilidad that has developed offers the parameters and directions necessary to create a centre recreativo canino for the estratos 3, 4 and 5 of the city of Bucaramanga. Having in account to the analysis of the information received concluded that a quite significant percentage of the homes, 85%, wishes to find a place that offer him these services for his canino because they understand the important that is the recreation for his pet. The studies realized allow to observe that in the market oferente there are not centres of recreation canina and besides what can consider like indirect offer (adiestradores) do not offer the speciality in the service and variety that pretend offer with the new company; the technical study indicates that there is not difficulty in obtaining localización, processes, distribution in plant and the necessary resources for his set up; his constitution organizacional is simple and allows to plan, administer, direct and control the proper activities of this service; the financial study indicates that the initial investment by $30.791.423 And the capital of work by $10.737.723 Are to the extent of the people interested in the project; to his time the evaluation allows to see that there are not environmental and social impacts negative but by the contrary will generate employment, quality of life to his investors and aporte to the business sector; and regarding the financial part the indicadores TIR with 69,98% and the VPN of $142.949.890,80 Indicate the economic goodnesses of the project for recovery of the investment in a short minor term to two years.
