dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado “Transcripción al sistema Braille de material básico para el estudio de la Música” pretende ser una herramienta didáctica y pedagógica útil en la población estudiantil invidente de los programas de Licenciatura en música , se enmarca dentro de la legislación colombiana que ordena el derecho a la igualdad, buscando dar garantías y equidad a los discapacitados y acompañamiento a los mismos dentro de las aulas con materiales específicos que contribuyan a su desarrollo. Este trabajo hace alusión a la historia de la educación de la población invidente, así como al sistema de musicografía Braille, herramienta usada para leer y escribir. Está diseñado en tres etapas en las cuales se definen aspectos tales como la población beneficiada, la selección del material transcrito con la inclusión correspondiente de sus símbolos en Braille, así como un pequeño fragmento de una obra musical, que busca dejar en el lector de este material un paralelo visual escrito en sistema Braille con su equivalente notación musical convencional. De igual manera se recomienda su difusión en escuelas, colegios, universidades o en cualquier institución en cuyas aulas de clases se encuentre personal con deficiencia visual que tenga la necesidad de apoyarse en este trabajo para poder acceder sin barreras al conocimiento.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This thesis “Braille transcription of basic material for the study of music” is an useful didactical and pedagogical tool for blind student´s population in music degree programmed. This part of Colombian laws that orders the right to equality, looking for a sure garanties and equity to disable people and support them in the classroom with specific materials to encourage their development. This thesis refers to the educational history in the blind population as the Braille musicography system, a tool used to read and write. It is designed I there steps which are defined in aspects such as the forget population, the selection of transcribed material corresponding to the inclusion of their symbols in Braille, so that a small fragment of a musical work, that seeks to leave in the reader of this material a visual written parallel in Braille with the equivalent musical conventional notation. In the same way, it is recommended to make it known at schools, universities or any academic institution with classrooms in which there are people with visual disabilities who have a need to draw on this work to be able to get knowledge without limits. Similarly, it is recommended for dissemination in schools, colleges, universities or any institution in whose classrooms is visually impaired staff who have a need to build on this work without barriers to access to knowledge
