dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo de tesis tiene como fin diseñar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo de maquinaria pesada y maquinaria agrícola en el área forestal de la empresa CUSTODIAR S.A. realizando un programa informático en ACCESS donde se pondrá consignar información de los activos y sus respectivas actividades de mantenimiento en Caucasia, Antioquia donde se encuentra ubicada la plantación de madera. En el comienzo de este proyecto como primera instancia para su desarrollo, se hizo una visita técnica donde se tomaron datos e información de cada uno de las maquinas propias de la empresa que intervienen en el proceso de forestación y se tomaron opiniones objetivas de los operarios para poder realizar un inventario de los activos, con su respectivo diagnóstico y análisis de criticidad, donde toda esta información es registrada en un software de ACCESS, para llevar un control de mantenimiento de la maquinaria. Por medio de un análisis de Pareto se jerarquiza cuáles son los puntos frágiles en el funcionamiento de los activos los cuales se tomaron como foco para realizar el plan de mantenimiento. Finalmente se realiza protocolos de mantenimiento para los equipos y formatos sobrios para facilidad de los operarios donde se podrá ingresar cada una de las intervenciones que se le realicen a los activos y/o si adquieren nueva maquinara para el área.
