dc.description.abstract	Este presente proyecto de grado tiene como propósito determinar la viabilidad de La Tienda Vending, una empresa dedicada a la distribución de productos alimenticios de consumo masivo a través de máquinas dispensadoras o vending machine, como técnicamente se les conoce, en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y el AMB. El producto que se pretende ofrecer será de alta calidad, a precios competitivos, todo con el propósito contribuir en la creación de un estilo de vida más productivo en la ciudad, satisfaciendo las necesidades que tiene las personas en su día a día de desplazarse. Igualmente permite instalar máquinas expendedoras en puntos estratégicos como las universidades, donde se calcula que los costos en renta, servicios y mano de obra se van a reducir en ocasiones los costos de renta y servicio podrían ser 0, logrando un mayor margen de utilidad para los socios. Esta viabilidad se identificará a través de la ejecución de un estudio de factibilidad que estará dividido en: estudio de mercado, técnico, administrativo y financiero, los cuales se mostraran a lo largo de este trabajo. Por último, se concluirá que tan viable es la creación de la empresa La Tienda V., teniendo en cuenta los estudios anteriores.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This present project of degree has as intention determine the viability of La Tienda Vending a company dedicated to the distribution of food products of massive consumption across dispensing machines or vending machine, since technically they are known, in Bucaramanga's city and the AMB. The product that one tries to offer will be of high quality, to competitive prices, everything with the intention to contribute in the creation of the most productive way of life in the city, satisfying the needs that it has the persons in his day after day of way " in-situ ", that is to say in the precise site that the person is without having the need to move. Equally it allows to install vending machines in strategic points as the universities, where it is calculated that the costs in revenue, services and workforce are going to diminish in occasions the costs of revenue and service they might be 0, achieving a major margin of usefulness for the partners. This viability will be identified across the execution of a study of feasibility that will be divided in: market research, technician, administrative officer and financier, which were
