dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad las Escuelas y la Facultad de Ingenierías Físico Mecánicas, cuentan con el Portal Web Comunidad Académica que permite el encuentro e interacción de los diferentes miembros de estas comunidades. Este Portal soporta las diferentes actividades académicas que se realizan dentro de las escuelas y la Facultad, así como define a los usuarios los permisos y servicios que se les proporcionan. Con el fin de atender las necesidades de los usuarios en los portales, se implementó el servicio de consultas y sugerencias. A este servicio pueden acceder tanto miembros de la comunidad, como personas que visitan los portales y no son miembros de la misma El servicio Correos Comunidad Escuela permite el envío de mensajes a los miembros de otras escuelas. Se implementaron las nuevas opciones en el servicio de Correos comunidad Escuela ayudara a los diferentes usuario poder enviar correos a toda la comunidad teniendo en cuenta filtros como estudiantes por carrera y nivel entre otros. El servicio e buscador de proyectos permite a los docentes buscar los diferentes proyectos. Se realice la implementación del buscador de proyectos en donde se incluyeron nuevos módulos de búsqueda como son los proyectos tanto dirigidos, evaluados y calificados, ayudara a los profesores y directores de proyecto consultar los proyectos de los cuales están asignados. De los servicios que brindan actualmente los Portales web de las diferentes Escuelas y Facultades, se encuentra el aula virtual. La implementación de crear actividades evaluables dentro del aula virtual y la posibilidad de poder asignar a varios profesores a la misma aula facilitara el manejo de la misma y la unión de la comunidad.
