dc.description.abstract	En la era digital actual cuyas innovaciones tecnológicas de la Cuarta Revolución Industrial traen consigo el incremento de beneficios para la sociedad y ante la inesperada pandemia a causa del Covid-19, un mayor número de empresas en poco tiempo comenzó a cambiar sus procesos con la implementación de estas tecnologías y con ellos surgen retos y desafíos para lograr un cambio exitoso. Nace entonces el concepto de Transformación Digital ante la necesidad de las empresas para responder al mercado dinámico y lograr ventajas competitivas. A lo largo de la investigación, se hacen evidentes algunas de las dimensiones involucradas en la Gestión Tecnológica que menciona Thamhain (como se citó en Jaimes Fuentes et al., 2011) y que relacionan esta disciplina con la Transformación Digital como lo son las ciencias administrativas para la planeación, selección, desarrollo e implementación de la tecnología; el desarrollo de capacidades operacionales, herramientas, técnicas y personal; la dirección y el liderazgo hacia el desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios; el ambiente de negocios, la cultura organizacional, la estrategia de negocios y su influencia recíproca, entre otras dimensiones. Por ende, la gestión tecnológica es un factor crucial para lograr una transformación digital exitosa. Los académicos desarrollan investigaciones para explicar este fenómeno y, por ende, aunque se encuentran publicaciones científicas desde el año 2010, se presenta un crecimiento significativo en el 2019 y 2020 según lo visualizado en las herramientas de indexación Web of Science y Scopus. La investigación agrupa los conceptos y elementos más importantes de la Transformación Digital y la Gestión tecnológica en 7 temas: ¿Qué es la transformación digital?, Tecnologías digitales, Industria 4.0, Capacidades dinámicas, Gestión del conocimiento, Gestión de la innovación y finalmente, estrategia y cambio organizacional.
dc.description.abstractenglish	In the current digital era whose technological innovations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution bring with it increased benefits for society and in the face of the unexpected pandemic caused by Covid-19, a greater number of companies in a short time began to change their processes with the implementation of these technologies and with them arise challenges and challenges to achieve a successful change. The concept of Digital Transformation was born then, given the need for companies to respond to the dynamic market and achieve competitive advantages. Throughout the investigation, some of the dimensions involved in Technology Management mentioned by Thamhain (as cited in Jaimes Fuentes et al., 2011) and that relate this discipline to Digital Transformation, such as the administrative sciences for the planning, selection, development and implementation of the technology; the development of operational capacities, tools, techniques and personnel; direction and leadership towards the development of new products and services; the business environment, the organizational culture, the business strategy and their reciprocal influence, among other dimensions. Therefore, technology management is a crucial factor in achieving a successful digital transformation. Academics develop research to explain this phenomenon and, therefore, although scientific publications have been found since 2010, there is significant growth in 2019 and 2020 as visualized in the Web of Science and Scopus indexing tools. The research groups the most important concepts and elements of Digital Transformation and Technology Management into seven themes: ¿What is digital transformation? Digital Technologies, Industry 4.0, Dynamic Capabilities, Knowledge Management, Innovation Management and finally, strategy and organizational change.
