dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de factibilidad tuvo como objetivo evaluar la viabilidad técnica, comercial, administrativa y financiera para la creación de una unidad productiva dedicada a la fabricación de perfiles de madera plástica en la empresa GINTERS S.A.S. El proyecto surge como respuesta a problemáticas ambientales como la acumulación de residuos plásticos y la deforestación, proponiendo una alternativa sostenible basada en el reciclaje y la economía circular. La investigación se desarrolló mediante un enfoque mixto, integrando técnicas cualitativas y cuantitativas. Inicialmente, se realizó una revisión documental sobre el sector del plástico reciclado y sus tendencias. Posteriormente, se aplicaron encuestas a productores agropecuarios de San Martín y zonas cercanas para identificar hábitos de compra, preferencias y aceptación del producto. Los resultados evidenciaron una alta demanda de productos para infraestructura agropecuaria, especialmente postes para cercas, así como una aceptación del 97% hacia la madera plástica. El estudio de mercados estimó una demanda potencial anual de 663.390 unidades y una demanda efectiva de 643.488 unidades para el primer año, confirmando la existencia de un mercado con proyección de crecimiento. Asimismo, el estudio técnico definió el proceso productivo, los recursos necesarios y la capacidad instalada para garantizar eficiencia y calidad. En el ámbito administrativo, se estructuró la organización de la unidad productiva mediante la definición de misión, visión y funciones del personal. Finalmente, el estudio financiero evidenció la rentabilidad del proyecto, con una Tasa Interna de Retorno (TIR) del 41,90% y un Valor Presente Neto (VPN) de $290.030.604, demostrando que la inversión es viable, rentable y sostenible para el desarrollo empresarial y ambiental de la región
dc.description.abstractenglish	This feasibility study aimed to evaluate the technical, commercial, administrative, and financial viability of establishing a production unit dedicated to manufacturing plastic lumber profiles at GINTERS S.A.S. The project arose in response to environmental problems such as the accumulation of plastic waste and deforestation, proposing a sustainable alternative based on recycling and the circular economy. The research was conducted using a mixed-methods approach, integrating qualitative and quantitative techniques. Initially, a literature review was carried out on the recycled plastics sector and its trends. Subsequently, surveys were administered to agricultural producers in San Martín and surrounding areas to identify purchasing habits, preferences, and product acceptance. The results showed a high demand for products for agricultural infrastructure, especially fence posts, as well as a 97% acceptance rate for plastic lumber. The market study estimated a potential annual demand of 663,390 units and an effective demand of 643,488 units for the first year, confirming the existence of a market with projected growth. Likewise, the technical study defined the production process, the necessary resources, and the installed capacity to guarantee efficiency and quality. In the administrative sphere, the organization of the production unit was structured by defining its mission, vision, and staff roles. Finally, the financial study demonstrated the project's profitability, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 41.90% and a Net Present Value (NPV) of $290.030.604, proving that the investment is viable, profitable, and sustainable for the region's business and environmental development.
