dc.description.abstract	En la presente investigación se buscó conocer los impactos que el Covid-19 generó al sector de las fundaciones, y cómo a nivel mundial lograron adaptarse y sostenerse para sobrellevar la apertura de las operaciones organizacionales, en el marco de la nueva normalidad. Para ello, se ejecutó búsqueda web y en bases de datos, y con esto se logró identificar significativamente lo relacionado con el tópico de la investigación. Además, para entender mejor los resultados evidenciados, se construyeron casos de estudio, estableciendo como población objetivo a las fundaciones Semillas de Ilusión y FundaScer del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga, y construidos por la recopilación de información mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas, datos históricos de informes de gestión, datos de cámara de comercio, actas de reuniones organizacionales, entre otros. Dentro de los resultados obtenidos, se identificaron los impactos más relevantes del covid-19 al sector fundacional y se generó un compilado de estrategias de sostenibilidad social, financiera y corporativa para tiempos de crisis. Así mismo, se evaluó la posibilidad que tienen las fundaciones para acoger las medidas generadas.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The present research sought to know the impacts that Covid-19 generated on the foundations sector, and how, at a global level, they managed to adapt and sustain themselves to cope with the opening of organizational operations, within the framework of the new normality. For this, a web and database search were carried out, and with this it was possible to significantly identify what was related to the research topic. In addition, to better understand the evidenced results, case studies were constructed, establishing as the target population the Semillas de Ilusión and FundaScer nonprofit organization of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga, and constructed by collecting information through semi-structured interviews, historical data from management reports, chamber of commerce data, minutes of organizational meetings, among others. Among the results obtained, the most relevant impacts of covid-19 on the founding sector were identified and a compilation of social, financial and corporate sustainability strategies was generated for times of crisis. Likewise, the possibility of foundations to accept the generated measures was evaluated.
