dc.description.abstract	Esta investigación abordó el tema del seguro obligatorio de accidentes de tránsito para motocicletas debido a su problemática actual en Colombia, en la cual le alta evasión registrada en los últimos años pone en serios problemas el sostenimiento del sistema. Entre las causas principales se encuentra la difícil situación en la que se encuentran ciertos territorios del país, la economía y el desempleo que genera usar la motocicleta cómo un medio de trabajo ilegal y sin documentos al día. El objetivo general de la investigación fue plantear una propuesta en la cual se integrarán diversos factores que aumentan el riesgo de accidentes en los conductores, generando tarifas diferenciales a las cuales se pueden acceder de forma clara, beneficiándose mucho más si se está al día con sus obligaciones de pago y se maneja de forma responsable por las vías del país. Para el desarrollo de este objetivo se pasó por varias etapas, resolviendo en el camino diferentes situaciones que permitieron recolectar los datos necesarios, tanto nacionales como internacionales el correcto planteamiento de un nuevo seguro obligatorio para motocicletas
dc.description.abstractenglish	This research addressed the issue of mandatory traffic accident insurance for motorcycles due to its current problems in Colombia, in which the high evasion registered in recent years puts the sustainability of the system in serious trouble. Among the main causes is the difficult situation in which certain territories of the country find themselves, the economy and unemployment generated by using the motorcycle as an illegal means of work and without up-to-date documents. The general objective of the investigation was to propose a proposal in which various factors that increase the risk of accidents in drivers will be integrated, generating differential rates that can be accessed clearly, benefiting much more if they are up to date with their payment obligations and is handled responsibly through the country's roads. For the development of this objective, several stages were passed, resolving different situations along the way that allowed collecting the necessary data, both national and international, the correct approach to a new mandatory insurance for motorcycles.
