dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un juego de salón de clase que permita analizar y discutir el efecto que diferentes puntos focales pueden tener a la hora de coordinar en una negociación tácita con intereses divergentes. Los juegos en el salón de clase son un ejercicio pedagógico que aumenta el interés de los estudiantes en la teoría económica, utilizando como metodología la economía experimental. En este sentido, el trabajo realizado hace parte del proyecto “análisis de las decisiones individuales en contextos de negociación. Aportes teórico y experimental” que busca consolidar el laboratorio de economía experimental de la Universidad Industrial de Santander. El documento se encuentra organizado en tres secciones: a lo largo de la primera se realiza una revisión de la literatura buscando una aproximación teórica a los conceptos de coordinación, negociación tácita, puntos focales y equilibrio de Nash. En la segunda se encontrará la descripción del proceso realizado durante el diseño del protocolo experimental para el juego el dilema del viajero; se expone detalladamente la dinámica seguida en el juego, además se destacan los aspectos logísticos y la importancia del enfoque pedagógico que se utilizó durante todo el proceso. Finalmente la tercera parte muestra los resultados, recomendaciones y conclusiones.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The objective of this study is to conduct a classroom game that allows the analysis and discussion of the effect of differing focal points while trying to coordinate a tacit negotiation with divergent interests. The classroom game is a pedagogic exercise that engages student interests in economic theory using experimental economics methodology. As a result, the completed exercise becomes a part of the project “analysis of individual decisions in the context of negotiation. The theoretical and experimental contributions”, that looks to consolidate and complete the experimental economic laboratory from the Industrial University of Santander. The document is organized in three sections: throughout the first section a revision of literature is accomplished looking for a theoretical relation to the concepts of coordination, tacit negotiation, focal points and Nash equilibrium. In the second section a description of the accomplished process used during the experimental design protocol for the travelers’ dilemma game is given, in which the followed dynamic of the game is explained in detail, in addition the logistical aspects and the importance of the focused pedagogic study that was used throughout the entire process are highlighted. The final section depicts the results, recommendations and conclusions reached from the study.
