| dc.description.abstract | La Dirección de Admisiones y Registro Académico adscrita a la Vicerrectoría Académica, consciente de la importancia que representa garantizar la normalidad y transparencia de sus actividades y de asegurar la calidad de los diferentes servicios que presta, participa activamente en el proyecto de Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad para los procesos de apoyo a las funciones misionales de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, con base al cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos por la Norma Técnica Colombiana ISO 9001:2000 El presente documento describe las diferentes actividades realizadas para cumplir con la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad en el proceso de Admisiones y Registro Académico. Este proceso de implementación se desarrolló en seis etapas: 1.Diagnóstico, 2.Planificación, 3.Documentación, 4.Implementación, 5.Evaluación y 6.Capacitación. Mediante la labor desempeñada con este Trabajo de Grado se contribuye con el mejoramiento de las actividades y de los servicios que presta la Dirección de Admisiones y Registro Académico, primordialmente en la modalidad de Pregrado Presencial, definido por el proceso de Admisiones y Registro Académico para efectos del proyecto realizado. Estos resultados se lograron a través de una estructura documental que soporta las actividades del proceso, la definición de indicadores de medición y la formación y capacitación del personal que lo integra. El proyecto ha establecido las bases para la certificación por parte de un Organismo Externo y para la construcción de una cultura que permita mantener el Sistema y mejorarlo continuamente. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The Direction of Admissions and Academic Registration attributed to the Academic Vice rectory, conscious of the importance that represents to guarantee the normality and transparency of their activities and of the quality of the different services that lends, assuring it participates actively in the project of Implementation of the System of Administration of Quality for the support processes to the missional functions of the Industrial University of Santander, with base to the execution of the requirements demanded by the Colombian Technical Norm ISO 9001:2000 The present document describes the different realized activities to fulfill the implementation of the System of Management of the Quality in the process of Admissions and Academic Registration. This implementation process was developed in six stages: 1.Diagnostic, 2.Planning, 3.Documentation, 4.Implementation, 5.Evaluation and 6.Training. Through the work carried out with this Work of Grade it contributed with the improvement of the activities and of the services that lends the Direction of Admissions and Academic Registration, primarily in the modality of Presential Predegree, defined by the process of Admissions and Academic Registration for effects of the realized project. These results were achieved through a documental structure that supports the activities of the process, the definition of mensuration indicators and the formation and training of the personnel that integrates it. The project has established the bases for the certification by an External Organism and for the construction of a culture that allows maintaining the System and improving it continually. | |
