dc.description.abstract	El presente estudio de factibilidad tuvo como propósito efectuar un estudio de mercados que permitiera reconocer las preferencias y nivel de aceptación de los habitantes del área metropolitana de Bucaramanga para la puesta en marcha de un Club Deportivo de Running. Para lograrlo, se estableció primeramente recolectar información sobre la demanda actual mediante la realización de un estudio de mercados, donde se trabajaron temas de descripción del servicio, atributos diferenciadores, estimación de la demanda, análisis de la oferta, estructura de comercialización, estrategia de fijación de precios y de comunicación. Seguido, se realizó un estudio técnico operacional donde se describen los aspectos clave operativos de la forma de prestación del servicio tales como la diagramación de actividades, capacidad del proyecto, localización y requerimientos en general. Posteriormente, se estableció el estudio administrativo donde se determinaron aspectos tales como la forma de constitución, la estructura organizacional y perfil de cargos del talento humano necesario para el emprendimiento. Por último, se establecieron los requerimientos en temas de inversión la cual asciende a $27.548.701 de pesos, así como las proyecciones de ventas que para el primer año son de $177.120.000 y para el año quinto de $286.080.000 logrando un incremento en ventas del 67% entre el inicio y el final de la proyección. La rentabilidad del emprendimiento (TIR) es de 81,13% lo que se explica por la forma de prestación del servicio que minimiza los costos, maximiza las ganancias y permite un retorno de inversión en un año aproximadamente. En términos de conclusiones, fue posible determinar la factibilidad de la puesta en marcha de este emprendimiento con resultados positivos lo que satisface las necesidades de los inversores en el corto y largo plazo, agregando valor a la economía regional y generando un impacto positivo en la comunidad en general.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this feasibility study was to carry out a market study that would allow recognizing the preferences and level of acceptance of the inhabitants of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga for the implementation of a Running Sports Club. To achieve this, it was first established to collect information on the current demand by conducting a market study, where issues of service description, differentiating attributes, demand estimation, supply analysis, marketing structure, fixation strategy were worked on. pricing and communication. Next, an operational technical study was carried out where the key operational aspects of the way of providing the service are described, such as the layout of activities, project capacity, location and requirements in general. Subsequently, the administrative study was established where aspects such as the form of constitution, the organizational structure and the position profile of the human talent necessary for the enterprise were determined. Lastly, the investment requirements were established, which amounts to $27,548,701 pesos, as well as the sales projections that for the first year are $177,120,000 and for the fifth year are $286,080,000, achieving an increase in sales of 67% between the beginning and the end of the projection. The profitability of the enterprise (IRR) is 81.13%, which is explained by the way of providing the service that minimizes costs, maximizes profits and allows a return on investment in approximately one year. In terms of conclusions, it was possible to determine the feasibility of starting up this undertaking with positive results, which satisfies the needs of investors in the short and long term, adding value to the regional economy and generating a positive impact on the community.
