dc.description.abstract	Un aspecto importante para la OMS es la higiene hospitalaria por ser importante y fundamental para el control de infecciones en el medio ambiente, ya que por razones lógicas estos espacios se convierten en focos importantes de transmisión de enfermedades y brotes epidémicos. Por lo anterior el uso de ropa desechable se convierte en un recurso importante para evitar posibles contagios además de mejorar la imagen personal e institucional hacia el paciente, disminución de espacio en la bodega, se ahorra tiempo en su colocación por ser muy práctica, disminución de costos en lavado, zurcido, esterilización y bodegaje. Enseña la factibilidad sobre la creación de una fábrica y comercializadora de ropa desechable para uso médico y pacientes en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que el mercado oferente hay pocas empresas que estén produciendo esta clase de producto en el sector; se concluye que un porcentaje bastante significativo (83%) de las empresas desean comprar las prendas a un nuevo proveedor, por insatisfacción del 64% a las que actualmente compran. El estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($27.549.481) y el capital de trabajo ($19.529.581) están al alcance de los interesados en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos socio- ambientales negativas sino por el contrario generará empleo, salud y calidad de vida a sus clientes y aporte al sector empresarial; y en lo referente a la parte financiera los indicadores TIR (63,7%) y VPN ($429.876.429,48) indican bondades económicas del proyecto, recuperación de la inversión en un plazo menor a un año.
dc.description.abstractenglish	One very important for WHO hospital hygiene is important to be essential for infection control in their environment, and that for obvious reasons these spaces become important foci of disease transmission and outbreaks. Therefore the use of disposable clothing becomes an important resource to avoid possible infection as well as improving personal and corporate image to the patient, reduced warehouse space, saving time in placement to be very practical, low cleaning costs, mending, sterilization and warehousing. The following document shows the feasibility of creating a company to manufacture and market disposable clothing for medical use and patients in the city of Bucaramanga and its metropolitan area. Studies show that in the supplier market there are few companies that are producing this kind of product in the sector, also concluded that a fairly significant percentage (83%) of companies want to buy the clothes to a new provider since they have dissatisfaction of 64% for purchase now. The technical study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining location, processes, physical layout and the necessary resources for its implementation, its organizational constitution is simple and allows for planning, managing, directing and controlling the activities of the new company; financial study indicates that the initial investment ($ 27,549,481) and working capital ($ 19,529,581) are available to those interested in the design and evaluation can see that no negative environmental and social impacts but rather generate employment, health and quality of life for their customers and provide the business sector, and in relation to the TIR financial indicators (63.7%) and NPV ($ 429,876,429.48) indicate economic benefits recovery project investment in a shorter period than one year.
