dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado se realizó con el objetivo de estructurar el nuevo departamento de mantenimiento y elaborar una herramienta informática para administrar las actividades que se realizaran a los equipos que se encuentran en los talleres de las diferentes sedes de la empresa Codiesel S.A. El desarrolló del proyecto se llevó a cabo de la siguiente manera: Primero se realizó un diagnóstico de las instalaciones de la empresa, la gestión de mantenimiento existente en ese momento y de la cantidad y el estado en el que se encuentran los equipos de los talleres. Luego se llevó a cabo un estudio de criticidad para determinar los equipos desde el más hasta el menos crítico, con el fin de priorizar la atención del personal técnico, y, apoyados por los manuales de los fabricantes y la experiencia del personal encargado del mantenimiento, se estableció el plan de mantenimiento preventivo que se implementará únicamente en los equipos que hacen parte de los talleres de mecánica y lamina y pintura. Por último se establecieron los parámetros más importantes para la elaboración del sistema de información en el cual se genera un registro detallado de herramientas, repuestos y costos con el fin de contar con indicadores que permitan valorar el estado de la gestión realizada. 1
dc.description.abstractenglish	Computer tool to administrate the steps and actions in order to provide technical support to the equipment of Rosita, Giron, Cúcuta and Barrancabermeja of Codiesel S.A branches. This Project was developed in the following way: First of all, the facilities, the maintenance management existing at that moment, and the quantity and conditions of the equipment were analyzed. Then, a critical nature study was carried out to determine the specific conditions of the equipment, from the most to the least critical, to catch the attention of the technical personnel; and, supported by the manuals and the maintenance workers experience, the preventive maintenance plan was established. This plan will be implemented only on the equipment that is part of the mechanics and bodywork and painting workshops. Finally, the most important parameters were established for the elaboration of the information system which will include a detailed register of tools, parts, and prices, with the purpose of having indicators that will permit to assess and value the implemented process. . This methodology sought to implement best practices for the área of maintenance workshops CODIESEL SA achieving continuous improvement within the company.
