dc.description.abstract	Este trabajo explora si es buena idea crear una empresa que haga y venda jugo de carambolo en Aguachica, Cesar. La idea surgió porque hay mucho carambolo en la zona, pero casi nadie lo está usando para hacer negocios, a pesar de que es una fruta nutritiva y sabrosa. El plan, llamado MAXIFRESCURA, busca ser algo nuevo, que ayude al medio ambiente y beneficie a la gente de la comunidad. No es solo una empresa; es una forma nueva de usar los recursos agrícolas de la región, apoyando a los emprendedores locales y dándole a la gente un producto natural, bueno para la salud y de calidad. La gente está buscando bebidas frescas, nutritivas y sin químicos raros, así que el jugo de carambolo tiene chance de competir en el mercado. En este estudio, veremos el mercado, la parte técnica, la administración, las finanzas y las leyes para ver si el proyecto funciona. Cada parte nos dará una idea clara del potencial del producto, si hay suficiente carambolo, si a la gente le gusta y qué se necesita para que la empresa funcione bien y dure mucho tiempo. El jugo de carambolo tiene mucha vitamina C, antioxidantes y ayuda a la digestión, así que es una buena opción para la gente que se preocupa por su salud. Además, el sabor refrescante y natural hace que sea diferente a otras bebidas que se venden por ahí. Aparte de lo técnico, MAXIFRESCURA quiere ayudar a los agricultores y productores de Aguachica. El plan es comprarle directamente a los pequeños y medianos productores, para que las familias campesinas tengan ingresos seguros y sigan cultivando carambolo de forma responsable. También se crearán nuevos puestos de trabajo en el procesamiento, transporte, venta y administración, lo que ayudará a que Aguachica crezca económica y socialmente.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This study explores the feasibility of creating a company that produces and sells starfruit juice in Aguachica, Cesar. The idea arose because there is an abundance of starfruit in the area, yet almost no one is using it for commercial purposes, despite it being a nutritious and delicious fruit. The plan, called MAXIFRESCURA, aims to be something new, environmentally friendly, and beneficial to the community. It's not just a business; it's a novel way to utilize the region's agricultural resources, supporting local entrepreneurs and providing people with a natural, healthy, and high-quality product. People are looking for refreshing, nutritious beverages free of harsh chemicals, so starfruit juice has a good chance of competing in the market. In this study, we will examine the market, technical aspects, management, finances, and legal framework to determine the project's viability. Each section will provide a clear understanding of the product's potential, whether there is sufficient starfruit available, whether people like it, and what is needed for the company to operate successfully and sustainably. Starfruit juice is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, and it aids digestion, making it a great option for health-conscious individuals. Its refreshing, natural flavor sets it apart from other beverages on the market. Beyond the technical aspects, MAXIFRESCURA aims to support farmers and producers in Aguachica. The plan is to purchase directly from small and medium-sized producers, ensuring a secure income for farming families and enabling them to continue cultivating starfruit responsibly. New jobs will also be created in processing, transportation, sales, and administration, contributing to Aguachica's economic and social growth
