dc.description.abstract	El presente documento condensa los informes presentados durante el desarrollo de la práctica jurídica, siendo una aproximación a la problemática de judicialización y criminalización de hechos relacionados directa e indirectamente con jornadas de protesta social en Colombia. Contiene el resultado de un ejercicio colectivo de conocimiento en torno a la construcción de una propuesta con elementos jurídicos y procesales para dar tratamiento a los procesos vigentes de protesta social. Propuesta condensada en elementos procesales de carácter parcial y elementos jurídicos de carácter integral y estratégico en la defensa de la protesta social como derecho fundamental.
dc.description.abstractenglish	This document condenses the reports submitted during the development of legal practice being an approach to the problem of judicialization and criminalization of related facts directly and indirectly related to days of social protest in Colombia. It contains the result of a collective exercise of knowledge around the construction of a proposal with legal and procedural elements to treat the current processes of social protest. This proposal condensed into procedural elements of a partial nature and legal elements of an integral and strategic nature in the defense of social protest as a fundamental right.
