dc.description.abstract	La Gobernación de Casanare mediante el proyecto de Masificación del gas adelanta proyectos que aumente la cobertura del servicio de gas domiciliario, plasmados en proyectos de gasoductos que comuniquen los cascos urbanos con las veredas donde el número de usuarios estimule la inversión; como es el caso del gasoducto Aguazul Œ Monterralo, Municipio de Aguazul, El gasoducto se trazó originalmente sobre el margen derecho de la vía que comunica a la capital del Municipio con los asentamientos urbanos de Unete, Cupiagua y Monterralo, el cual presenta una serie de inconvenientes técnicos adheridos al trazado, que imposibilita el normal desarrollo de las actividades constructivas, ocasionando atraso en el suministro de gas para esta región y problemas jurídicos para el ejecutante y el ordenador del gasto, en este caso La Gobernación de Casanare. El presente estudio contiene el desarrollo de la ingeniería básica para el nuevo trazado del gasoducto Aguazul Œ Monterralo, Municipio de Aguazul, Departamento de Casanare; con el que se espera corregir la falencia del anterior trazado, y de esta manera contribuir con la solución al problema generado, y avanzar de esta manera en la construcción de las obras que suplirán de gas a estas comunidades que tanto lo necesitan. La decisión ahora corresponde al Estado, el cual deberá apropiar los recursos sugeridos en la ingeniería básica, para que de esta manera se pueda continuar con las obras que garanticen el servicio de gas domiciliario, aumentando el bienestar de la comunidad.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The Government of Casanare by means of the project of increase of natural gas, promotes projects that increase the coverage of the service of home gas, with the intention of communicating the urban zones with the rural ones, where the number of users stimulates the investment; this way it is the case of the gas pipeline Aguazul _ montecarlo in the municipality of Agua Azul. The gas pipeline was planned originally on the right margin of the route that he communicates to the capital of the Municipality with the urban establishments of Unete, Cupiagua and Monterralo, which presents a series of technical disadvantages adhered to the tracing, this disables the normal development of the constructive activities, causing delay in the gas supply for this region and juridical problems for the performer and the manager of the expense, in this case The Government of Casanare. The present study contains the development of the basic engineering for the new tracing of the gas pipeline Aguazul Œ Monterralo, Municipality of Aguazul, Department of Casanare; the intention of this study is to correct the defects of the previous tracing, and this way to contribute with the solution to the problem, and to advance in the construction of the works that it are going to provide with gas to these communities that so much need it. The decision now corresponds to the State, which will have to adapt the resources suggested in the basic engineering, so that this way it is possible to continue with the works that should guarantee the service of home gas, increasing the well-being of the community.
