| dc.description.abstract | Cadenas y Bandas Ltda, es una ferretería industrial, fundada en 1.986 en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, es líder en el mercado de repuestos para transmisión de potencia, bandas de transmisión y transporte. Su zona de acción esta comprendida en los dos santanderes y parte del Cesar; su visión es tener cubrimiento del mercado a nivel nacional, mediante la creación de sucursales en las principales ciudades del país; de ahí la razón de hacer este proyecto en aras de empezar con la sucursal en la ciudad de Cúcuta en el departamento de Norte de Santander, debido a que es la segunda ciudad en la que desarrolla su actividad comercial con éxito, además es la más cercana a su principal en Bucaramanga. El conocimiento industrial de la zona nortesantandereana debido a sus correrías periódicas, más el record de las ventas realizadas en los cinco años anteriores, hacen atractiva la realización de este Proyecto. La confianza que ha merecido Cadenas y Bandas por parte de sus clientes, debido a su trayectoria y buen servicio hacen que los clientes reclamen un punto de ventas en su ciudad. Luego de realizados los diferentes estudios para esta factibilidad, analizadas cada una de las variables financieras que arrojo el mismo, más las decididas ganas que demuestran los propietarios, se cree que la ferretería podría tener buen desarrollo, eso si con un incansable trabajo de mercadeo y divulgación por parte de sus administradores; además debe considerarse que no hay en la capital nortesantandereana una ferretería con el perfil de Cadenas y Bandas, ya que si bien algunas distribuyen determinadas líneas de productos pero no la totalidad y/o diversidad que ofrece la empresa en mención. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | Cadenas y Bandas Ltda is an industrial hardware store founded in 1986 in the city of Bucaramanga, is leader in the market of spare parts for power transmission, transmission and conveyor bands. Its action zone involves the two Santanderes and partially Cesar; its vision is the covering of the market nationwide through the creation of branch offices in the main cities of the country, it is the aim of this project to begin with the branch office in the city of Cúcuta in the department of North Santander because this is the second city in developing its commercial activity successfully, besides it is the nearest city to the main office in Bucaramanga. The industrial knowledgement of the northsantanderean zone because of its periodic incursion, plus the selling record reached in the last five years make the realization of this project attractive. The confidence given to Cadenas y Bandas by its clients because of its performance and good service make the clients asf for a selling place in their city. After doing different studies for this feasibility, analyzing each one of the financial variables given by this plus the encouragement of its owners, it is believed that the hardware store could have a good development requiring an tireless work of marketing and divulgence from its managers, besides it should be considered that there is not any hardware store with the profile of Cadenas y Bandas in the Northsantanderean capital, of course some distribute the totality and/or diversity offered by the company in this project. | |
