dc.description.abstract	En la actualidad la falta de empleo aqueja al 10% de la población Colombiana, que sumado a las estadísticas del subempleo, dan una tasa que ha estado por encima del 50%, estas cifras tan alarmantes son a lo que están sometidas las personas por falta de oportunidades para ejercer la ocupación para la que se han preparado. Es así como este problema genera la búsqueda constante de nuevas alternativas para sostener a muchos hogares colombianos, en esta persistente lucha se crean las tiendas, las cuáles solucionan en gran parte la falta de empleo; salir adelante con ayuda de una entidad que propenda por su bienestar y mejoramiento en su calidad de vida, es la meta de este proyecto. Es de interés para la autora de este proyecto, fomentar la creación de esta COOPERATIVA, con el fin de beneficiar a este gremio y aportar al máximo todo el potencial que pueda generar esta entidad. La apertura de esta Cooperativa, es una alternativa que brinda muchas oportunidades tanto en el campo laboral como en el campo familiar, que tanto se necesitan en nuestra ciudad. El tendero es la persona a la cual va dirigido este estudio, apuntando a su asociatividad y progreso para que puedan aprovechar cada una de los beneficios brindados por esta entidad. Es por ello, que se destaca la importancia de crear esta entidad que tiene futuro y hace posible el desarrolló de los comerciantes Œ tenderos de la ciudad y de la región. Y por último, el estudio de cada una de las etapas del proyecto, termina con una gran aceptación financiera, ambiental y económicamente viable.
dc.description.abstractenglish	At present the lack of employment afflicts 10% of the Colombian population, which combined with underemployment statistics, yield a rate has been above 50%, these numbers are so alarming that people are subjected lack opportunities to exercise the occupation for which they have been prepared. Thus, this problem generates the constant search for new ways to sustain many Colombian homes in this persistent struggle stores are created, which largely solve the lack of jobs, move forward with the help of a company that aims for its welfare and improvement in their quality of life, is the goal of this project. It is of interest to the author of this project, encourage the creation of this COOPERATIVE, in order to benefit the guild and contribute to the full potential that can generate this entity. The opening of this Cooperative, is an alternative that provides many opportunities both in the workplace and in the family field, much needed in our city. The shopkeeper is the person to whom it is addressed this study, pointing to their associativity and progress so they can make each of the benefits provided by this entity. This is why we stress the importance of creating this entity has a future and enables the development of traders - shopkeepers in the city and the región. And finally, the study of each of the stages of the project, complete with a large acceptance financially, environmentally and economically viable.
