| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este proyecto es dotar a la Cooperativa de Trabajo Asociado y de Servicios Múltiples de Colombia Coopsercol Ltda. Mediante la Escuela de Ingeniería Mecánica de la Universidad Industrial de Santander, del diseño teórico de un vehiculo de transporte de pasajeros y carga para el Magdalena Medio Santandereano denominado Ferrobusfl. Se plantea el diseño de un vehiculo de transporte que cubra la ruta ferroviaria del Magdalena Medio Santandereano, que cumpla con los requerimientos mínimos de seguridad y comodidad para las personas que utilizan estas vías férreas para su desplazamiento, bajando los costos del desplazamiento y mejorando el nivel de vida de las comunidades que se encuentran en la zona. El diseño del Ferrobus se hace con base en las ecuaciones de diseño dinámico para un vehiculo con remolque, además del uso del software como Engineering Equation Solver para resolución del sistema de ecuaciones, Solid Edge para dibujar los componentes y obtener los planos y Ansys para el análisis de esfuerzos y deformaciones. El resultado del diseño es un vehículo de transporte de pasajeros y carga que consta de dos vagones interconectados por la cola, cada vagón con un motor independiente; con una capacidad de 20 pasajeros sentados en cada vagón, el cual se desplaza sobre la vía férrea a una velocidad aproximada de 60 Km/h con una autonomía para 115 Km. | |
| dc.description.abstractenglish | The objective of this project is to endow to the Cooperative of Work Associate and of Multiple Services of Colombia Coopsercol Ltd. By means of the School of Mechanical Engineering of the Industrial University of Santander, of the theoretical design of a vehicle of passengers' transport and it loads for Magdalena Medio Santandereano denominated "Ferrobus." Its thinks about the design of a vehicle of transport that it covers the rail rout of the Magdalena Medio Santandereano that fulfills the minimum requirements of security and comfort for people that use these railroads for their displacement, lowering the costs of the displacement and improving the level of life of the communities that they are in the area. The design of Ferrobus is made with base in the equations of dynamic design for a vehicle with tow (trailer), besides the use of the software like Engineering Equation Solver for resolution of the system of equations, Solid Edge to draw the components and to obtain the plans and Ansys for the analysis of efforts and deformations. The result of the design is a vehicle of passengers' transport and it loads that it consists of two boxcars interconnected by the line, each boxcar with an independent motor; with a capacity of 20 passengers sat down in each boxcar, which moves on the railroad to an approximate speed of 60 Km/h with an autonomy for 115 Km. | |
