dc.description.abstract	El proyecto tiene como finalidad el montaje de una microempresa de carne en el municipio de Bucaramanga-Santander- que contribuya al desarrollo económico de la región. Como zona es importante para el proyecto porque se contaría con la materia prima, la carne de res, elemento fundamental para la elaboración de la carne porcionada para hamburguesa. Inicialmente, el proyecto se inicia con una investigación de mercados a 64 carros de comidas rápidas donde se determinó, oferta, demanda, distribución, precios, competencia, gustos y hábitos. El proyecto tiene una cobertura a nivel urbano y penetra el producto por medio de sistema de ventas en los carros de comidas rápidas. Para hacer la parte legal de la microempresa, se inició con el nombre de la misma ﬁIndustria de Alimentos Rivera Gómezﬂ en la cámara de comercio. Esta localizada en la calle 196 c # 28-70, con capital 100% privado. Para el montaje se requirió de una inversión total de $27.949.000 representada en activos fijos tangibles. La empresa cuenta con seguridad industrial y las normas de higiene que requiere la industria de alimentos para el producto cárnico, adquiriendo viabilidad tanto de uso de suelo como el concepto técnico sanitario y de seguridad otorgado por la Alcaldía Municipal de Floridablanca. Es notable destacar que la empresa cuenta con localización en Floridablanca, pero su mercado se encuentra en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y su Area Metropolitana.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of the project is to run a small company of meat in the municipality of BucaramangaSantander which contributes to the economic development of the region. As zone, it is important for the project because it would have the raw material, meat, which is the main element to elaborate meat porcioned for hamburgers. Initially, the project is carried out with a market investigation to 64 food fast stands where it was determined supply, demand, distribution, prices, competence, likes and habits. The project covers the urban level and gets the product into the market by means of sale system in food fast stands. To do legal the company, it was registered the name ﬁIndustria de Alimentos Rivera Gómez ﬂ in Camara y Comercio. It is located in the Calle 196 c No. 28-70. It has a capital 100% private. For running the company, it was needed a total investment of $27.949.000 represented in tangible fixed assets. The company counts safely manufacturer and the procedure of hygiene that needs the food industry for the pertaining to meat product, acquiring viability so much of use of soil as the technical sanitary concept and of safety granted by Floridablanca Municipal Mayoralty. It is notable to emphasize that the company possesses location in Floridablanca, but your market is in Bucaramanga's city and his Metropolitan Area.
