dc.description.abstract	Barichara es la única ciudad colombiana donde su arquitectura es 100% piedra y su diseño conserva lo colonial; razones por las cuales tiene el privilegio de haber sido declarada como patrimonio de la humanidad y a su vez llamado " el pueblito más lindo de Colombia". Debido a estos importantes aspectos la afluencia de turismo tanto a nivel nacional como internacional ha venido en un aumento progresivo en los últimos diez años, lo cual amerita que el municipio cuente con una buena infraestructura hotelera ya que en las temporadas altas de turismo la capacidad hotelera no es suficiente lo cual conlleva a los visitantes a alojarse en hospedajes informales, casas de familia o amigos, generándose ciertas incomodidades. El siguiente documento establece la factibilidad sobre la creación de un hostal en el municipio de Barichara (Santander), que ofrezca un servicio de alojamiento, brindando comodidad, confort y un precio adecuado, manteniendo una alta calidad de atención al cliente; con el propósito de tomar una acertada decisión con respecto a su creación y funcionamiento. Los estudios realizados permiten observar que en el municipio hay solamente cuatro hostales para los turistas, quienes además indican que de existir un nuevo hostal el 58,5% se hospedaría en él. El estudio técnico indica que no hay dificultad en obtener localización, procesos, distribución en planta y los recursos necesarios para su puesta en marcha; su constitución organizacional es sencilla y permite planear, administrar, dirigir y controlar las actividades propias de la nueva empresa; el estudio financiero indica que la inversión inicial ($71.652.219) y el capital de trabajo ($21.652.219) están al alcance de las interesadas en el proyecto y la evaluación permite ver que no hay impactos negativos.
dc.description.abstractenglish	Barichara is the only Colombian city where its architecture is 100 % stone and its design preserves the colonial thing; reasons for which it takes the privilege of having being declared as a heritage of the humanity and in turn called " the prettiest hamlet of Colombia ". Due to these important aspects the abundance of both national and international tourism has come in a progressive increase in the last ten years, which deserves that the municipality possesses a good hotel infrastructure since in the high seasons of tourism the hotel capacity is not sufficient which carries the visitors to lodging at informal accomodations, family houses or friends, certain inconveniences being generated; or in other cases to go is necessary to lodge at nearby municipalities as San Gil. The following document establishes the feasibility on the creation of a hotel in Barichara municipality (Santander), which offers a service of housing, offering comfort, comfort and a suitable price, supporting a high quality of attention to the client; with the intention of taking a guessed right decision with regard to his creation and functioning. The realized studies allow to observe that in the municipality there are only four hotels for the tourists, those who in addition indicate that of a new hotel exists 58,5 % would lodge in. The technical study indicates that there is no difficulty in obtaining location, processes, distribution in plant and the resources necessary for his putting in execution; his constitution organizacional is simple and allows to glide, to administer, to direct and to control the own activities of the new company; the financial study indicates that the initial investment ($71.652.219) and the capital of work ($21.652.219) they are within reach of interested in the project and the evaluation allows to see that there are no impacts denials.
